New paper alert: A two-cutoff CSF Aβ42/40 approach improves Aβ detection in real world clinical settings. CSF Aβ42/40≥7.1 rules out amyloid, while ratios~5.5–7.1 benefit from Aβ PET. Key for Lecanemab stratification. #Alzheimers#Biomarkers

Where do I file my refund request for the thousands of dollars in NJ Turnpike tolls I’ve paid over the years to support NJ’s travel infrastructure?
It’s unconscionable that NYers should have to pay to use NJ’s roads.
I am firmly opposed to any attempt to force through a congestion pricing proposal in the final months of the Biden Administration.
My administration will continue the fight to block this plan in court.
