@AMJBrampton hosted the Indigenous Veterans Day & #MuslimsForRemembrance ceremony at @MubarakMosqueBrampton to honour our veterans and Indigenous heroes.
$10,000 was raised by local members and donated to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 15 (Brampton) in support of local #veterans. 🌺

Joined my friends at the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at to commemorate National Indigenous Veterans Day, honouring the thousands of Indigenous soldiers who fought bravely to defend our shared freedoms.
I also want to highlight the work of Muslims for Remembrance, a campaign launched in 2011 to remember and show support for the sacrifices of Canada’s armed forces.
As we approach Remembrance Day, I encourage everyone to reflect on the contributions of those who have and continue to serve.
