ମହାପ୍ରଭୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ସମଗ୍ର ବିଶ୍ୱର ପ୍ରାଣବିନ୍ଦୁ ଏବଂ ଆମ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ଆଧ୍ୟାତ୍ମିକ ଅସ୍ମିତାର ସର୍ବଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ପ୍ରତୀକ। ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀୟ ଓ ପୌରାଣିକ ମାନ୍ୟତା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ପବିତ୍ର ଶ୍ରୀକ୍ଷେତ୍ର ପୁରୀ ହିଁ ସନାତନ ଧର୍ମର ଅନନ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ଅଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ 'ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ଧାମ'। ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗର ପୂର୍ବତନ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସଂକୁଚିତ ରାଜନୈତିକ ଆଭିମୁଖ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ସନାତନ ପରମ୍ପରା ପ୍ରତି ଥିବା ଅଜ୍ଞତା କାରଣରୁ ଦୀଘା ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପାଇଁ 'ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ଧାମ' ନାମର ଅପପ୍ରୟୋଗ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଶ୍ରୀକ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ସନାତନ ଗରିମାକୁ ଅଣଦେଖା କରି କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଏହି ନାମକରଣ ସମଗ୍ର ଓଡ଼ିଶାବାସୀ ତଥା ବିଶ୍ୱବ୍ୟାପୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁଙ୍କ ଧାର୍ମିକ ବିଶ୍ୱାସକୁ ଗଭୀର ଭାବେ ଆହତ କରିଥିଲା। ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱାଭିମାନ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗର ନୂତନ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ @SuvenduWB ଜୀଙ୍କୁ ପତ୍ର ଲେଖି ଆମର ଗଭୀର ଆପତ୍ତି ଜଣାଇବା ସହ ଏହି ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ଭ୍ରମକୁ ସଂଶୋଧନ କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଥିଲି। ମୁଁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ଯେ, ପୂର୍ବ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସେହି ଦୂରଦୃଷ୍ଟିହୀନ ନୀତିକୁ ବଦଳାଇ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ଶୁଭେନ୍ଦୁ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଜୀ ଏହି ସମ୍ବେଦନଶୀଳ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗର ମହତ୍ତ୍ୱକୁ ଉପଲବ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଦୀଘା ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରୁ 'ଧାମ' ଶବ୍ଦକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସେ ଏକ ଐତିହାସିକ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଏହି ପରିସରକୁ ‘ଶ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ମନ୍ଦିର ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର’ (Sri Sri Jagannath Mandir Cultural Center) ଭାବେ ନାମିତ କରାଯିବ। ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗର ନୂତନ ସରକାରଙ୍କର ଏହି ତ୍ୱରିତ ଏବଂ ପରମ୍ପରା-ପ୍ରେମୀ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ପାଇଁ ସମଗ୍ର ଓଡ଼ିଶାବାସୀଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମୁଁ ଆନ୍ତରିକ ସାଧୁବାଦ ଜଣାଉଛି। ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସଂସ୍କୃତିର ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀୟ ମାନ୍ୟତାକୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ରଖିବା ସହ ଦୁଇ ପଡ଼ୋଶୀ ରାଜ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ଭାତୃଭାବ ଏବଂ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ସୌହାର୍ଦ୍ଦ୍ୟକୁ ଆହୁରି ମଜବୁତ କରିବ। ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଅସ୍ମିତାର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଏବଂ ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଗୌରବକୁ ଅକ୍ଷୁଣ୍ଣ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଆମ ସରକାର ସଦାସର୍ବଦା ଦୃଢ଼ତା ସହ ସଂକଳ୍ପବଦ୍ଧ। ଜୟ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ! 🙏
