Part of my morning commute on the @MTA @NYCTSubway F line. No one on the train said or did anything to stop it, except one elderly lady towards the end. This harassment went on for about 15 minutes.
Not a single @NYPDTransit officer in sight.

Lowe's customer service is the worst! Phone rang for 12 minutes & no answer. Finally got someone, they will have someone call me back

Every Jewish Heritage event at Gracie, by Mayors Bloomberg, de Blasio, Adams, there was a stage for the Mayor along with ropes around the stage.
This is the standard setup for Gracie mingling or standing events.

At Zohran Mamdani’s Jewish event for Shavuot he separated himself from the audience using barriers and keeping the Jews cordoned off. A stark difference from when he hosted the Muslims for an Iftar event.

In the pictures below, you will notice that at the Jewish event @NYCMayor stands on a stage behind barriers while his Jewish guests are kept behind ropes like museum spectators.
Note the drastic change at the Muslim event. @ZohranKMamdani sits on the floor, eye level, warm, intimate, and personal, even touching.
Optics are a form of language and communication. The images speak fluently. One community gets closeness from the mayor, while the other gets distance.
The contrast is revolting!

I am horrified and angered by the swastikas painted on homes and synagogues in Queens, including on a plaque honoring survivors of Kristallnacht. This is not just vandalism — it is a deliberate act of antisemitic hatred meant to instill fear.

There is no place for antisemitism in Queens or anywhere in our city. I stand in solidarity with our Jewish neighbors. Their safety, dignity, and belonging are non-negotiable.

The NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating and I am confident those responsible will be held accountable.
