@ToyotaCanada, my 2021 #Rav4Hybrid sat in my driveway for 19 days while I was on vacation. When I returned my battery was completely dead. The dealership said that's to be expected. I disagree, as the Toyota literature lists steps to take if storing for 30 days. #deadbattery

BTW, I had the DCM firmware updated (April 2023). The dealership gave me a new battery in Oct 2024. Everything seemed fine until I went away for 19 days this past Sept. My battery was completely dead! The dealership won't honour the warranty b/c they gave it to me in "goodwill".

My son has #autism. He works PT & receives #ODSP. He's been hired to work on election day & the pay is $20/hr x 17hrs = $340. Sound good? It would be except @fordnation penalizes ODSP clients w/ heavy claw backs. After everything is calculated the $340 will be reduced to $85!

@fordnation improve life for #ODSP recipients, like my #autistic son, who are employed. The $1,000/m income exemption is too low & the 75% claw back too high. My son earns $821 BW & you reduce his ODSP by $481.50. When it's a 3 pay cheque month, you reduce it by $1,097.25!!!

Retirees get upset when they find out their #OAS will be clawed back by 15% if their annual income exceeds $90,997 but no outcry for #ODSP clients, like my #autistic son, who face a 75% clawback after they earn $1,000/m. Why? #Autism #PWD #Disabilities @Disability_WP #poverty

ODSP clients, like my #autistic son, can now earn $1,000/m before a 75% claw back kicks in. And, monthly #ODSP rates will finally be tied to inflation. This will give my son's bank acct a much-needed boost & put him one step closer to financial independence. #ONpoli @markwafer

My son has #autism & loves to read. I wanted him to read the #HarryPotter series so we made a deal. Finish book 1 and you can rent movie 1, etc. He agreed. Now he's a fan & half-way thru the 3rd book.π For his b-day, we took him & his friends to #CursedChildCAN & they loved it!
