Cultural appropriation is a rhetorical gambit to claim the authority to tell others what they may or may not do.

Hello Senator.... This November it will be 50 years since you were first elected to Congress, so we want to be the first to say . "Happy 50th Anniversary of drawing a taxpayer funded salary." That is quite an achievement. In fact - you are 2nd longest-still serving member in Congress. It has been a long time since you held a private sector job. AND yes 50 years ago - in 1976 (it was America's Bicentennial that year) - people still punched clocks back then. The world has changed a lot. During your 50 years in Congress - you watched as the creators and inventors and producers changed the world, creating trillions in new wealth, millions of new jobs and dramatically raising living standards for everyone rich and poor alike. And for 50 years you have voted to raise taxes and regulate and oversee every move of the private sector. You have never created or invented or produced. Just taxed and regulated and outraged. But thank you for using the platform the "TRILLIONAIRE class" has provided to the entire world for free to tell us all how disgusted you are. We would never know otherwise.
Elon Musk just became the world's first trillionaire. While working people struggle to get by, the billionaire class is becoming the TRILLIONAIRE class. It's disgusting. I'm fighting to tax the rich so we stop rewarding trading stocks over punching clocks.

You want to know what's most chilling to me? At first I couldn't figure out what was going on with this post. Wildly disproportionate likes to views and almost no one was commenting on it. Very few were actually seeing it. Then I started to look at WHO was liking the post. Likes are anonymous. That's what was going on. It quickly became apparent the Northern Irish specifically and the British in general OVERWHELMINGLY were liking my post. They couldn't comment on it and they couldn't share it.. for fear of crackdown. But the algo, recognizing that people liked it, showed it to friendly Americans who COULD share it. And did. By the hundreds. The natives may only speak in support of their own suicide. That's all the government will let them do openly. If they speak in support of their survival they risk prison. So they don't. But they can, as a tiny act of subversion, like a twitter post that says exactly what they wish they could, if they only could. That's what's happening. That's why everything seemed so wildly off. Quiet Patriots clicking one button to show they love that finally, they are fighting back.

Since Blair - 30 years ago - people voted against mass immigration. Every election, they got up, got dressed, found a pilling station and voted to end mass immigration. 30 years they did that. Nothing changed. In fact, it got worse. So they organised marches and protests, and events and petitions and wrote to their MPs and tried every single thing they could legally, to tell the powers that be, that they wanted an end to mass immigration. The state has deliberately ignored and removed all legal options from the British and Irish people to legally, peacefully, have their demands answered. THEY, and nobody else, have created and caused division and riots and fury. The toothpaste can not go back in the tube. We are where we are because, and only because, of 30 years of failed government.

If you liked our making of story of SPEED, please share the opening post 😃 x.com/ATRightMovies/status/2…

SPEED was released 32 years ago today. Acclaimed as one of the great action movies of the ‘90s, and among the most popular of Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock, the story of how it came to the screen never drops below 50… 1/46

The CA Legislature tried to strike these words from the state constitution in 2020 (put there by Prop 209 in 1996). The voters smacked them down when 57.23% said NO—despite the YES campaign outspending the NO team by more than 14 to 1. Now they’re trying again—calling it a “clarification” instead of an effort to gut the provision’s application to public education. Don’t believe them. If approved by the voters, this would be a major change. The aim is to pave the way for the recommendations of California’s Task Force on Reparations. The Task Force wants to make college free to African Americans no matter how well off their parents are and to get school districts to fund individual schools based on the race of the students who attend. @christopherrufo

Oh, we understand it, we just think it's tedious.
A World Cup primarily held in the US is bad for many reasons but the worst might be having to deal with Americans' opinions on a sport they fundamentally do not understand

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Contractors behind the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool repairs are breaking their silence. Eddie Wood (Atlantic Industrial Coatings) and Marcus Logan (Mid Atlantic Industrial Coating) set the record straight on the misleading media attacks. • It was a sole-source contract — the government specifically chose polyurea and Rhino Linings. • Not over budget: Still the original $13.1M proposal. Extra ~$1M for added granite work brought it under $15M total. • 20% buffer is standard for this industry. • They’ve never worked for Trump, his companies, or anyone connected. This isn’t a swimming pool — it’s an industrial containment system built for a perfect mirror reflection. Media spin/lies exposed. #FakeNews #TaxpayerDollars

In 2014, while filming a movie, Jackie Chan discovered that a group of Mongolian locals knew every word to 'Rolling in the Deep' by heart... even though they didn’t speak English. The beautiful moment was never part of the script.

Clueless Policing Minister Sarah Jones completely falls apart under Nick Ferrari’s questioning 🤦‍♂️ In a painful LBC interview, Sarah Jones was asked a straightforward question about the Hampshire officers who handcuffed dying 18-year-old Henry Nowak as he bled out from multiple stab wounds, after wrongly treating the stabbed student as the aggressor. Nick Ferrari: “It’s reported the officers involved won’t be referred for misconduct. Why is that?” Jones immediately stammers and hides behind the IOPC investigation. Ferrari presses: “As of now they haven’t been referred for misconduct? Are they still serving on frontline duties?” Again, nothing. Just more IOPC deflection. Ferrari: “Why can’t you tell me whether they’re still on the frontline? Don’t the people of Southampton have a right to know?” Jones keeps parroting the same line about the IOPC “looking at footage, talking to officers, talking to the family…” Ferrari, clearly fed up: “Minister, I asked whether they’re still serving frontline duties. Do you know whether they are or not?” Jones starts the IOPC script again. Ferrari cuts her off: “But do you know whether they’re still on the frontline, Minister?!” Flustered and stuttering, she mumbles something about speaking to the chief constable. Ferrari: “Have you asked the chief constable? It’s causing concern. You don’t know, do you?” Then comes the most ridiculous line of all: Jones admits she does know the answer… but she won’t tell the public because “an investigation is ongoing.” What the actual f*ck? This has nothing to do with prejudicing an investigation. It’s a basic yes or no: Are these officers still out on the streets policing the public right now? The people of Hampshire and Southampton deserve to know. This is what we get from this government, a Policing Minister who either doesn’t know what’s happening in her own brief or is too scared to say it. Pathetic.

What the hell is wrong with you? Do you celebrate with pockets picked and diner bills and rents due being abandoned? Car thefts and swindled elderly? Or is this like in the US where we pretend to celebrate infamous pirate invasions and such.
This month marks Gypsy, Roma and Traveller History Month. Despite facing discrimination in many areas of life, our Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller communities have long contributed to life in our capital and today we celebrate that rich legacy.
