Dear Jenny love Multiculturalism is a work of fiction Muslims demand our culture bends to theirs. Hence you are dressed like a camel trader’s wife at a watering hole. You aren’t even allowed to enter through the same door, you daft Dorris.

Former NHS nurse completes year long solo walk from top to bottom of Europe dodging death along the way Kit Birks aged 30 from Andover Hampshire started her 343 day solo trek in July last year from the northernmost point in Norway and finished on Sunday at the southernmost point on the Greek island of Gavdos after walking 5000 miles through 13 countries. The former NHS nurse carried a 23 kilogram bag and a memorial flag bearing the names of hundreds of people lost to suicide while sleeping in a tent for 210 days including stretches of up to 10 days completely off grid in the Arctic Circle. She survived a near death fall sliding 30 metres down a cliff face in Sweden where she clung to a boulder with both feet dangling before pulling herself and her bag to safety using adrenaline. Kit also faced risks to her personal safety in Hungary but completed the challenge celebrating four years clean and sober just days before reaching the finish line. The walk raised more than £76,000 pounds for mental health charities CALM and James Place with support from Prince William who sent an Instagram message and Sir Stephen Fry who had a FaceTime call with her. Kit said she had been through enough in her life and hoped her achievement in spite of her own mental health challenges had helped others in some way. Well done Kit!!!

Ugh. This is DISGUSTING @LushLtd. Teenage girls love to shop in your stores and here you are happily encouraging them to CUT OFF THEIR HEALTHY BREASTS in the name of trans pride. This is beyond repulsive. It's dangerous and sick. No parent should allow their child near your stores. Please share: #BoycottLushNow
Dear Lush (cc Chelmsford City Council), As a woman who had half a breast removed last year due to cancer, I am writing to raise my concerns about your “Proud of My Stripes” window display. I am also, on behalf of other women who have experienced breast cancer, respectfully requesting its removal. Because mastectomies are not a fashion statement, an identity marker or something to be celebrated. They are something women undergo because they are ill, because they are frightened, because they are trying to stay alive. Around 59,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK every year. Many will undergo surgery - a mastectomy, lumpectomy or other procedure. Others choose preventive mastectomies because they carry a high-risk BRCA gene mutation. If a woman chooses to have her breasts removed to affirm a gender identity, that is her personal choice. I honestly don’t know the number of women who have elective mastectomies for this reason. What I do know is that it is a tiny number compared with those for whom breast surgery is medically necessary and not something to be celebrated. I think I speak for many women who have experienced breast cancer - and for their families - when I say this: Breast removal surgery is not something I regard as cute, playful or empowering. Nor is it something I believe retailers should be celebrating. For that reason, I am requesting that the display be removed and that @ChelmsCouncil apologise for promoting it on social media. Yours sincerely, Janet Murray

44 years ago today, the guns fell silent. 255 British servicemen never came home. Thousands more carried the physical and mental scars of the Falklands long after the fighting ended. They answered their nation's call without hesitation. Today, we remember their courage, their sacrifice, and the families who paid the highest price. We will remember them. 🇬🇧🌺 #Falklands #WeWillRememberThem

If you are approached by anyone demanding fines for littering, walk away. They have no powers of detention, arrest, or to demand details. They are not allowed to follow you; if they do, enter a shop and wait until they leave, as they are not allowed to enter premises. Do not give them any details. Zero, none.

Look closely - and start your weekend with a smile! This is one of my favourite little views, over the gate to the hills, and I always stop to admire it when I pass. On this particular morning, as I stood here smiling at the scene, this lovely lady wandered over to say hello. We had a chat and I pressed the shutter ... but it wasn't until I got home and looked closely at the image that I realised she'd been smiling back. 😁 📍 Peak District, England

I ended up turning off comments on my post about it because the condemnation, accusations and outright hate from liberal/leftists towards a CHILD was sickening. Their default reaction was that she was a racist, feral, working class thug who was being aggressive towards poor migrants who were simply going about their day. They simply refused to acknowledge that she may have been scared and defending herself. This is now the immediate and accepted narrative from the British left… to defend predators at all cost if they belong to a minority group - even if it is at the expense of children’s safety.
Last year, a video went viral of a scared, 12 year old girl in Dundee. She was waving weapons, shouting at a migrant to leave her alone. Almost immediately, many on the left were calling this girl a liar (and worse). They were saying the “far-right” were whipping up ‘anti-migrant hate’. People like @HumzaYousaf & many more called it ‘bullsh*t’. Many, including people like @jdpoc while calling her a liar & talking about her ‘hatred’, showed pictures of the little girl. Just to make sure everyone knew who the ‘liar’ they were talking about, was. A fundraiser for the girl was mocked, suggesting she’d use the money to buy “machetes and IronBru” She was a child. Their posts were seen by hundreds of thousands of people. She wasn’t ‘hate-filled’, she was scared. Yesterday, her version of events was proven to be true. She was sexually harassed by a migrant and another child physically assaulted too. The man and his sister were prosecuted. How shameful that children need to arm themselves for protection. How shameful that adults will deny their reality. How shameful that some people are so desperate to defend migration into this country, that they will literally mock children who are victims of their crimes. Shame on you all. I’ll be fascinated to see how many of you publicly apologise to the girl, in the same public way that you called her a liar. I won’t hold my breath… I hope this girl is ok. belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/…

⚠️Bulgarian Man Guilty Of Assaulting 12YO Girl In Dundee Ilia Belov, 22, has been found guilty of assaulting a 12YO girl and acting in a threatening or abusive manner towards four girls aged 12-14. The court heard Belov made sexual remarks to the girl and pushed the 12YO, causing her to fall and hit her head. Belov claimed he was acting in self defence after seeing a knife, and denied making sexual comments. Sheriff Timothy Niven-Smith rejected his evidence as "wholly unconvincing and self-serving," calling it a "revisionist" excuse. The sheriff accepted the girls’ accounts, supported by CCTV and other witnesses, and said Belov’s remarks triggered the confrontation. Bulova's sister, Nadjedzha Belova, had already pleaded guilty to the assault on the 13YO girl. ⚖️Sentencing for both is set for 5th August. 🌍The case went viral last year after footage of the girl holding a knife and axe circulated widely. Several high-profile commentators claimed the girls were lying and were the aggressors, some called it racist far-right propaganda. ➡️Shame on them.

We owe those who serve the UK the kit to do the job and the loyalty to stand by them when it's done. We are failing on both. I’ve spent my whole time in government making that case. Number 10 will not listen, so I am resigning as Minister for the Armed Forces. Letter to the PM below.🫡🫡🫡⬇️⬇️
