Known for intractable pain & nerve damage, how can extensive tacks be placed w/o patient knowledge? Horrific 4 years daily debilitating pain b4 identified. Good surgeons use lower risk hernia mesh glue/sutures, but where is minimal risk consistency, openness & patient protection?
