Pili fue la responsable del mejor titular de la historia de nuestro periódico, que recordarán los más viejos del lugar, aquel de "La SER denuncia que el nieto de la hermana de la madre del suegro de Zaplana tiene un restaurante". Y durante años escribió la mejor revista de prensa que se hacía en España. Con pocas personas en LD me he cabreado y reído tanto como con ella. Era un personaje singular. Irrepetible. Imagino que hasta cierto punto lo somos todos. Pero ella lo era más.

In a study on race and juror decision-making, participants evaluated an identical defendant whose name was either Bradley Schwartz or Jamal Gaines.
Black respondents were significantly more likely to convict and more harshly sentence the white-named defendant, while white respondents showed no statistically significant bias in either direction.

They did not accept.

Elon Musk dismantled USAID programs that provided lifesaving assistance to millions of the world’s poorest and most vulnerable people. The human cost was enormous, while DOGE’s net fiscal impact was inconsequential.
Now, as Musk approaches trillionaire status, he should commit/tithe at least $100 billion to a fund dedicated to combating extreme poverty, hunger, preventable disease, and humanitarian crises worldwide.
Money alone cannot undo the damage already done. But if this moment marks an unprecedented personal financial milestone, it should also be an opportunity for an unprecedented act of restitution. Musk has the resources to save and improve countless lives. He should use them.

Como sea verdad que a la jueza Beatriz Biedma —la que llevó al banquillo al hermano de Sánchez— la investigó una cloaca del Estado, estamos, al menos así lo pienso yo, ante el caso más grave de la corrupción contemporánea. Investigaron a una jueza. Mirando a ver si le podían sacar alguna mierda para chantajearla. El nivel de inmundicia actual lo da este caso. No las joyas de Zapatero —que son graves de narices— sino esto.
