Our #Tuberculosis story is finally out!🥳🍾 We isolated 2 #antibodies from an infected patient, solved their structures and showed they protect mice from a pathogenic Tb challenge. Such a long endeavor but I am thrilled with the result! @javid_lab nature.com/articles/s41467-0…

2/3 We analyzed a cohort of cancer patients and found that 10-13% or patient develop serum Abs to MET. We isolated anti-MET B cells and Abs, finding that these Abs are polyreactive and exhibit decreased stability. Nevertheless, they compete with HGF and inhibit cancer cells.
