నాలుగేళ్లలో ఒకే ఒక్క గురుకులం… అంటూ ఈనాడు వక్రీకరణలు ఎస్సీ గురుకులాల విషయంలో వాస్తవ అంశాలు ఇవీ.. వివిధ రంగాల్లో గత ప్రభుత్వం పలానా పనిచేసిందని చెప్పుకోలేక ఈనాడు దినపత్రిక ఈ మధ్యకాలంలో విచత్రమైన పంథాను ఎంచుకుంది. పొరుగు రాష్ట్రమైన తెలంగాణతో పోల్చడం మొదలుపెట్టింది. రాష్ట్ర విభజన తర్వాత ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ సాంఘిక సంక్షేమ గురుకుల విద్యాసంస్థల సొసైటీ (APSWREIS) ఆధ్వర్యంలో 168 స్కూల్స్‌ ఉన్నాయి. గత ప్రభుత్వం హయాంలో 21 స్కూళ్లను మంజూరుచేస్తే ఇందులో ౧౫ స్కూళ్లు ఎన్నికలకు 2 నెలలముందు అంటే ఫిబ్రవరి -2019లో మంజూరు చేశారు. ఈ 15 పాఠశాలలకు సంబంధించి కూడా ఎలాంటి భూ సేకరణ చేయలేదు. జిల్లా కలెక్టర్లనుంచి ఫీజిబిలిటీ నివేదికలను కూడా తెప్పించుకోలేదు. కేవలం కాగితాలమీద మాత్రమే ఈ స్కూళ్లను మంజూరుచేసినట్టుగా చూపించారు. గత ప్రభుత్వం హయాంలో ఈ స్కూళ్లన్నీ వచ్చేసినట్టుగా ఈనాడు దినపత్రిక మరి ఏరకంగా చెప్పగలుగుతుంది? గత ప్రభుత్వం కాగితాల మీద చూపినా అవన్నీ అద్భుతంగా అమలయ్యాయని చెప్పడానికి ఈ పత్రిక ఎందుకు ఇంత తాపత్రయ పడుతోంది? దశాబ్దాల తరబడి APSWREIS స్కూళ్లలో మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు లేమితో బాధపడుతుంటే గత ప్రభుత్వం ఎందుకు పట్టించుకోలేదు? ఉన్న సదుపాయాలు తీవ్రంగా దెబ్బతింటే వాటిని ఎందుకు బాగుచేయలేదు? మరి ఈనాడుకు అవేమీ కనిపించలేదా? ఈ ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చాక రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ స్కూళ్లతోపాటుగా బీసీ, ఎస్సీ సంక్షేమ గురుకుల పాఠశాలల్లో కూడా నాడు – నేడు పనులు చేపట్టింది. దీంట్లో భాగంగా APSWREISకు చెందిన 177 గురుకుల పాఠశాలల్లో నాడు – నేడు కింద పనులు చేపట్టి స్కూలు భవనాలకు మరమ్మతులు చేసి వాటిని చక్కగా తీర్చిదిద్దింది. నాణ్యమైన చదువులకు వేదికగా మార్చింది. దీనికోసం 91 కోట్ల రూపాయలను ఈ ప్రభుత్వం ఖర్చు చేసింది. తద్వారా మంచి బోర్డులు, ఫ్యాన్లు, ట్యూబులైట్లు, ఫర్నిచర్‌, టాయిలెట్లు, తాగునీరు, మరమ్మతులు.. ఇలా అన్నిరకాల సదుపాయాలను ఏర్పాటుచేసి స్కూళ్లను బాగుచేసింది. తదుపరి కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా గురుకుల పాఠశాలల్లో ఉండే హాస్టళ్లను బాగుచేయడానికి అన్నిరకాలుగా ఏర్పాట్లు చేసింది. హాస్టళ్ల బాగుకోసం రూ.121 కోట్లను ప్రభుత్వం ఖర్చు చేయనుంది. దీంతోపాటు స్టాఫ్‌ క్వార్టర్లు, వంటశాల ఆధునీకరణ, కాంపౌండ్‌ వాల్స్‌, సుందరీకరణ పనులను కూడా ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టనుంది. దీనికోసం మరో రూ.197 కోట్లను ఖర్చ చేయనుంది. మొత్తంగా APSWREISకు చెందిన హాస్టళ్లలో నాడు – నేడుకోసం ప్రభుత్వం రూ.318 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేయనుంది. త్వరలోనే ఈ పనులు ప్రారంభం కానున్నాయి. గతంలో ఎన్నడూ చేయని విధంగా ప్రభుత్వం APSWREIS స్కూళ్లలో నాణ్యమైన విద్యకోసం అనేక కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టింది. అన్ని స్కూళ్లలోనూ ఇంగ్లిషు మీడియంను ప్రవేశపెట్టింది. పిల్లందరికీ విద్యాకానుక కింద కిట్లను అందించింది. బైలింగువల్‌ పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలు, వర్క్‌బుక్స్‌, నోట్సులు, డిక్షనరీ, బ్యాగు, షూ, యూనిఫాం, సాక్సులు, బెల్టు సహా ఈ వస్తువులన్నింటినీ కూడా విద్యాకానుక కింద అందించింది. ప్రతి ఏటా స్కూలు తెరవకముందే ఈ కిట్లన్నీ విద్యార్థులకు సకాలంలో అందుతున్నాయి. గత ప్రభుత్వం హయాంలో ఇలాంటి వస్తువులేమీ కూడా విద్యార్థులకు అందేవి కావు. అక్టోబరు-నవంబరు వచ్చే వరకూ పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలు అందని పరిస్థితి. ఇచ్చే యూనిఫారంలు కూడా నాసిరకంగా ఉండేవి. విద్యాకానుక లాంటి కార్యక్రమం గతంలో ఎప్పుడూ లేదు. అసలు అలాంటి ఆలోచన గత ప్రభుత్వం చేయలేదు. APSWREISయే కాకుండా, అన్నిరకాల గురుకుల పాఠశాలల విద్యార్థులకు ఉచిత హాస్టల్‌ సదుపాయం ఉన్నప్పటికీ కూడా ప్రభుత్వం వెనకడుగు వేయకుండా అమ్మ ఒడి పథకాన్ని అందించింది. విద్యార్థులను బడికి పంపేందుకు ప్రోత్సహించే చర్యల్లో భాగంగా ఈ పిల్లల తల్లులకు ఈ పథకం కింద ఏటా రూ.15వేలు అందిస్తోంది. APSWREIS విభాగంలోని రెసిడెన్షియల్‌ పాఠశాలల్లో చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థుల తల్లులకు 4 ఏళ్ల కాలంలో రూ.443 కోట్లను అమ్మ ఒడి కింద ఈ ప్రభుత్వం అందించింది. అవినీతి, పక్షపాతం లేకుండా, లంచాలకు తావులేకుండా అర్హతే ప్రామాణికంగా తల్లుల ఖాతాల్లోకి నేరుగా జమచేసింది. గత ప్రభుత్వంలోకాని, రాష్ట్ర చరిత్రలోకాని, చివరకు దేశచరిత్రలోకాని ఎక్కడా కూడా అమ్మ ఒడి లాంటి పథకం లేదు, ఇప్పుడు కూడా మరెక్కడా అమలు చేయడం లేదు. గత ప్రభుత్వంలో APSWREIS విద్యార్థులకు పదోతరగతి వరకూ నెలకు కేవలం రూ.850లు, ఇంటర్‌ విద్యార్థులకు రూ.1050లు చెల్లిస్తే, ఈ ప్రభుత్వం దాన్ని గణనీయంగా పెంచింది. శ్రీ వైయస్‌.జగన్‌ ప్రభుత్వంలో రూ.10వ తరగతి వరకూ రూ.1400, ఇంటర్‌ వరకూ రూ.1600లకు పెంచి ఇస్తోంది. అంతేకాక డిజిటలైజేషన్‌ కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా 8వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు ట్యాబులు కూడా పంపిణీచేసింది. ఇప్పుడు మరింత ముందడుగు వేస్తూ ఆరో తరగతి నుంచి ఆపై తరగతుల వరకూ ఐఎఫ్‌పీ ప్యానెల్స్‌ను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నారు. బోధనలో ఇదొక విప్లవం. ఇలాంటి కార్యక్రమాలు గతంలో ఎప్పుడైనా కలలోకూడా ఊహించారా? మరి ఎందుకు ఆలోచించలేకపోయారని ఈనాడు దినపత్రిక ప్రశ్నించగలదా? నాణ్యమైన విద్యకోసం ఇలాంటి చర్యలు తీసుకోవడం వల్లే ఐఐటీ, ఎన్‌ఐటీ, మరియు వివిధ వైద్య విద్యా సంస్థల్లో APSWREIS విద్యార్థుల ప్రవేశాలు గణనీయంగా పెరిగాయి. 2019కు ముందు ఆ ఐదేళ్లకాలంలో APSWREIS నుంచి కేవలం ఆరుగురు ఐఐటీకి, వైద్య విద్యా సంస్థల్లో 16 మంది, ఎన్‌ఐటీల్లో 27 మంది ప్రవేశాలు పొందగా, ఈ ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చిన నాలుగేళ్లలో ఐఐటీలకు 51 మంది, పలు వైద్య విద్యా సంస్థల్లో 60 మంది, ఎన్‌ఐటీల్లో 199 మంది ప్రవేశాలు పొందారు. గత ప్రభుత్వానికి, ఇప్పటికీ చదువుల్లో తేడాకు నిదర్శనం ఇది. ఈ ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చాక APSWREIS ఆధ్వర్యంలో 2 స్పోర్ట్స్‌ స్కూళ్లను కూడా ప్రారంభించారు. పెదవేగిలో బాలురకోసం, పోలసాని పల్లిలో బాలికలకోసం స్పోర్ట్స్‌ స్కూళ్లను ప్రారంభించారు. APSWREIS స్కూళ్లలో పనిచేస్తున్న 756 మంది టీచర్లకు ఇంగ్లిషులో ప్రావీణ్యాన్ని పెంచేలా అన్నిరకాల చర్యలు తీసుకున్నారు.వీరికి శిక్షణ కూడా ఇచ్చారు. దీనికోసం ప్రత్యేక యాప్‌లను కూడా వినియోగస్తున్నారు. సాంఘిక సంక్షేమ వసతి గృహాల విషయానికొస్తే 2014-19 మధ్య ఒక్క హాస్టల్‌కూడా కొత్తగా మంజూరుచేయలేదు. 648 హాస్టళ్లను మూసేశారు. వీటన్నింటినీ గురుకుల పాఠశాలల్లో కలిపేశారు. ఈ ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చాక సాంఘిక సంక్షేమ శాఖ కింద కొత్త 7 వసతి గృహాలను (హాస్టళ్లు) మంజూరుచేశారు. @AfcPolitical @iTDP_Official @JaiTDP @JanaSenaParty @PawanKalyan @Swathireddytdp @YSRCParty @naralokesh
