🚨 AS A CARDANO DREP, I AM VOTING AGAINST INVESTING 65.41 MILLION ADA INTO A REAL ESTATE FUND The Cardano Budget Process 2026 is currently underway. The Ekklesia platform contains 69 proposals from teams seeking funding from the Cardano Treasury. DReps review and vote on each proposal separately. 📌 Ballot ID: 6a1512d782978c99456fe6de 📌 Proposal: Diversify Cardano treasury into prime, yield-bearing real-estate Author: BRIDGE FUND Proposal ID: 6a1512d73ea9a75799cf8edf Requested budget: 65.41 million ADA Duration: 18 months Treasury repayment: Yes, according to the proposal The company proposes investing Cardano Treasury funds into a prime real estate fund focused on Paris. Under the plan, Cardano would become an investor in the fund, while the real estate fund units would be tokenized on the Cardano blockchain. 🗳️ MY DECISION — AGAINST I believe Cardano does not need this proposal at the current stage. My reasons: • 65.41 million ADA is too large an allocation for a single private fund; • the risk is concentrated in one company and one real estate market; • repayment depends on the fund manager, banking partners, French law and market conditions; • the proposed €100 million TVL does not automatically create real liquidity or demand; • Cardano currently needs stronger funding for core infrastructure, development, security, DeFi and practical tools for users; • before allocating such a large amount, the team should first prove the model through a smaller pilot; • the Cardano Treasury should not become a major investor in a private French real estate fund. I support RWA development and the tokenization of real-world assets. But a good concept introduced too early and with an excessive budget remains a poor Treasury decision. Therefore, my vote as a Cardano DRep is AGAINST. I registered as a DRep and am ready to help shape the future of the ecosystem. I remain optimistic about building the world’s largest digital community. 🖤 My DRep ID: ➡️ drep1y269ehxj30k4vfzfc2z84v0xykd3amuy2xn0kv9zf8rhcec2fg2jr More details: t.me/PROCENT666/338 🚀 LEDGER HARDWARE WALLET | METAMASK COURSE edgarbagdasarian.justclick.r… 🔥 PRIVATE VIP CHAT — PAID SUBSCRIPTION t.me/MREDGARCROSS_BOT 🌐 ALL COURSES AND LINKS mredgarcross.com/ 📌 Disclaimer: This post is provided solely for informational and analytical purposes. ✅ MY VOTE IS YES I vote YES on the Update Plutus Cost Models proposal. This is a technical Cardano parameter update, not a Treasury withdrawal. This is not about conferences, marketing, or funding external events. This is about the core protocol and the way Plutus smart contracts work. The idea is simple: Cardano is preparing for the van Rossem hard fork and the move to Protocol Version 11. After that, new Plutus functions will become available, and the network needs to know in advance how much CPU and memory these operations will cost. In blockchain terms, this is close to a “gas model.” If an operation exists, it needs a clear execution cost. Without that, smart contracts cannot properly use new functionality. The update includes: — new cryptographic operations; — array operations; — list operations; — token and value operations; — updates for Plutus V1, V2, and V3; — revised costs for some existing operations. As a DRep, this looks logical to me. If Cardano wants to grow DeFi, dApps, cross-chain solutions, complex smart contracts, and stronger infrastructure, these updates are necessary. This is not spending for appearance. This is tuning the internal engine of the network. It is also important that similar changes have already been tested on: — SanchoNet — March 2026; — Preview — April 2026; — Preprod — May 2026. No specific security concerns are stated in the proposal. The cost values are based on benchmarking data. There are no negative cost values. My position is clear: if a proposal strengthens Cardano’s technical foundation, helps developers, and makes Plutus more functional, I support it. My vote: YES. Cardano must evolve not only through governance discussions, but also through real technical improvements to the protocol. I registered as a DRep and I am ready to help shape the future of the ecosystem. 🚫 MY VOTE IS NO On the Rare Evo and Dev Gov Day 2026 proposal, I vote NO. The proposal requests ₳2,750,000 from the Cardano Treasury for sponsorship, stages, livestreams, tickets, flights, hotels, media coverage, legal costs, taxes, and a deposit for the following year. That is a large amount. At this point, I do not see enough value in this for the ecosystem. Yes, conferences matter. Yes, Cardano visibility matters. Yes, live events, developers, DReps, SPOs, and ecosystem projects are part of growth. But right now, the priority should be different. Cardano Governance is not built only on stages, logos, and livestreams. It is built on people who read proposals, analyze documents, vote, explain decisions to the community, and take responsibility for their choices. That layer is the DRep layer. The question is simple: why can the Treasury allocate millions of ADA to events, while DReps who actually participate in governance still do not have a proper compensation system? If governance is the heart of Cardano, then DReps are not decoration. They are the working layer of governance. Without DReps, voting becomes a formality. Without proposal analysis, Treasury funds can go anywhere. Without clear explanations to the community, governance becomes a closed system for a small group of people. My position is clear: first, Cardano needs a fair compensation system for DReps. Only after that should the Treasury spend millions of ADA on large events. Rare Evo will happen even without this funding. But strong governance cannot be built without motivated DReps. My vote: NO. I believe the Cardano Treasury should first strengthen the governance mechanism itself, not fund expensive external events. 🚀 LEDGER COLD CRYPTO WALLET | METAMASK COURSE edgarbagdasarian.justclick.r… 🔥 CLOSED VIP CHAT PAID SUBSCRIPTION t.me/MREDGARCROSS_BOT 🌐 ALL COURSES AND LINKS mredgarcross.com/ 📌 Note: This post is for informational and analytical purposes only. 🚨 $ICP GOVERNANCE ALERT: VOTE YES ON PROPOSAL 141909 Let’s get voting, people. Proposal 141909 is OPEN and accepting votes. This is not a random admin proposal. This is about adding a new data center to support DFINITY Cloud Engine nodes — part of the move toward long-lived Cloud Engines that can be tested, dogfooded, integrated, and pushed toward real productization. Current voting position: YES: 3.498% Voting Power: 27’825’845 NO: 5.156% Voting Power: 41’017’959 WHY WHY WHY? 🤮🤮🤮 Voting open for: 2 days, 19 hour Only 3 neurons have voted. This matters. Cloud Engines are one of the most important infrastructure directions for $ICP by @dfinity. They point toward application-specific, governable, decentralized cloud capacity — not AWS-owned, not Google-owned, not Azure-owned, and not permanently DFINITY-controlled. Most chains are still fighting over blockspace. $ICP is building programmable cloud infrastructure. Vote YES on Proposal 141909. 🔥 Cardano Prepares Van Rossem / V11 Hard Fork: A Major Upgrade Ahead Cardano is entering an important stage in preparing the upcoming Van Rossem / V11 hard fork. The core idea is simple: this future upgrade is designed to strengthen the network technically while testing how decentralized governance works in practice. 📌 What the Upgrade Is Expected to Bring Van Rossem / V11 is expected to introduce: • cheaper Plutus smart contracts • improved dApp performance • support for BLS12-381 cryptography • foundations for ZK applications • stronger stake pool infrastructure security • a more mature base for DeFi and on-chain governance In simple terms, Cardano is preparing the network for more advanced applications, cheaper smart contracts, and the next phase of decentralized governance. ⚙️ What Happens Next After technical preparation is completed, the upgrade is expected to move into the official governance process. At that stage, a governance action for the hard fork should appear in GovTool with voting parameters, deadlines, and status details. After that, DReps, SPOs, and the Constitutional Committee will be able to participate in the decision-making process. 🗳 Why This Matters Cardano is building more than just a blockchain — it is building a governance system where network upgrades require multi-layer consensus. The hard fork decision is expected to involve: • DReps • stake pool operators • the Constitutional Committee Including independent DReps from the global Cardano community. 📉 What the Market Shows ADA remains far below its all-time high, while Cardano’s DeFi ecosystem still needs stronger liquidity, developers, and real users. That is why Van Rossem / V11 matters not only as a technical upgrade, but also as a signal that Cardano continues building infrastructure even while the market remains skeptical. 🔥 Final Thought Van Rossem / V11 is shaping up to be one of Cardano’s most important future upgrades. It is expected to reduce smart contract costs, strengthen cryptographic capabilities, prepare the network for ZK applications, and push Cardano governance into a more practical phase. The key idea: Cardano is not just preparing to upgrade code — it is preparing to test the maturity of its decentralized governance system. I registered as a DRep and I’m ready to help shape the future of the ecosystem. • Optimistic about building the largest digital community in the world 🖤 My DRep ID: ➡️ drep1y269ehxj30k4vfzfc2z84v0xykd3amuy2xn0kv9zf8rhcec2fg2jr More details here t.me/PROCENT666/338 🚀 LEDGER COLD WALLET COURSE | METAMASK edgarbagdasarian.justclick.r… 🔥 PRIVATE VIP CHAT | PAID SUBSCRIPTION t.me/MREDGARCROSS_BOT 🌐 ALL COURSES AND LINKS mredgarcross.com/ 📌 Disclaimer: This post is for informational and analytical purposes only. #Interlink #ITLG #ITG 📢 COMMUNITY DAO VOTE – DECIDING THE STAKING RATIO The future of the ecosystem is now in the hands of the community. Through DAO governance, users are participating in one of the most important decisions for the network — the staking ratio of ITLG. 🚀 🧠 Advanced ML model analysis and economic simulations were used to generate data-driven proposals, ensuring a fair and sustainable ecosystem for everyone. 🔹 Key Highlights: • Verified ITLG and Regular ITLG are fundamentally the same token • ITLG will gradually convert into Verified ITLG over time • Staking remains flexible — tokens are not permanently locked • Assets stay safely in users’ wallets while granting allocation rights • Mainnet ownership belongs to human nodes and the community • Low circulating supply aims to reduce manipulation and improve long-term stability • Multiple vesting and staking options will be available for users 📈 The focus is clear: Building a stable, community-powered economy with transparency, scarcity management, and sustainable growth. 🗳️ The analysis is data-driven. 🔥 The decision belongs to the community. @reina_itl @C_Interlinklabs @kv_interlink @inter_link @itlx_defi @Interlink_ITLG #ITL #DAO #ITLG #InterLink #CryptoCommunity #BlockchainGovernance #Staking #Web3 #CommunityPower

With all the talk about @IOHK_Charles thinking about becoming a DRep! Let’s dive into what is a DRep on the Cardano Network ? What is a DRep? DRep = Delegated Representative. Think of them as: • governance delegates • policy analysts • ecosystem representatives • digital legislators for Cardano ADA holders can delegate their governance voting power to them. Important: Delegating to a DRep does NOT give them your ADA. Your ADA never leaves your wallet. DReps only receive governance voting power — not custody of funds. That separation is a huge design advantage for Cardano governance. Why does this even exist? Because governance gets complicated fast. Treasury spending. Protocol upgrades. Constitutional changes. Funding proposals. Hard forks. Parameter updates. Most users don’t have time to analyze everything deeply. So Cardano created a “liquid democracy” model. You can: • vote yourself • delegate to a DRep • switch anytime • abstain entirely It combines: ✔ direct democracy ✔ representative democracy ✔ constitutional oversight Very few chains go this deep. Cardano governance is built around 3 major pillars: • DReps → community voice • SPOs → infrastructure operators • Constitutional Committee → constitutional oversight It’s essentially a blockchain checks-and-balances system. The foundation for all this is CIP-1694. One of the most important governance frameworks in crypto. Named after Voltaire’s birth year (1694), it defines: • DReps • governance actions • treasury voting • constitutional processes • decentralized coordination Here’s where things get serious: Cardano has one of the largest decentralized treasuries in crypto. That means DReps could eventually influence: • billions in treasury allocations • ecosystem priorities • protocol direction • funding decisions This is REAL power. Becoming a DRep is actually relatively simple technically. You generally need: • a governance-enabled wallet • governance registration • ~500 ADA refundable deposit • a DRep registration certificate Supported wallets include: Lace Eternl Yoroi VESPR And many more But the hard part isn’t registration. It’s TRUST. The best DReps become: • educators • analysts • governance researchers • thought leaders • ecosystem strategists Influence will come from transparency consistency. Over time, successful DReps need to: • publish voting rationales • host Spaces • explain proposals • simplify technical governance • engage communities • maintain accountability Here’s the bigger picture: Cardano isn’t just building a blockchain. It’s experimenting with: • decentralized institutions • digital constitutions • on-chain governance • programmable political systems This is far beyond simple DeFi. If systems like this work… DReps could eventually influence: • DAO governance models • AI governance systems • digital identity systems • decentralized organizations • future internet coordination itself This experiment could extend far beyond crypto. Whether Cardano governance succeeds or fails… DReps may become one of the most important governance experiments the blockchain industry has ever seen. Because the future of decentralization won’t just depend on technology. It’ll depend on coordination. @Cardano @MidnightNtwrk #Cardano #ADA #CardanoCommunity #CardanoGovernance #DReps #SPO #StakePoolOperator #Voltaire #CIP1694 #BlockchainGovernance #Decentralization #Web3 #Crypto #DeFi #OnChainGovernance #ADACommunity #CardanoADA #Governance #DigitalDemocracy #FutureOfFinance

🚫 MY ANSWER IS NO. REJECTED. IOG and related entities have already received major funding from the Cardano Treasury. The document clearly states: Total allocated: ₳130,708,860 Already withdrawn: ₳78,459,777 Now they are asking again for: ₳13,078,578 from the Cardano Treasury. For me, this looks simple: first show real results for the money already received, then come back for new funding. Yes, the proposal sounds good on paper: security, formal verification, Blaster, developer tools, and smart contracts. But the issue is not the beautiful description. The issue is different: where is the final result for the millions of ADA already received? what is the concrete benefit for ordinary Cardano users? why should the Treasury keep paying for work that large structures should be able to develop themselves? I am not against Cardano development. I am against constant Treasury withdrawals without strict accountability and clear results. My position is simple: first results — then new money. My vote on this proposal: 🚫 NO 🚫 REJECTED 🚫 The Cardano Treasury must not become an endless wallet for the same players. 🚫 MY VOTE IS NO. I REJECT THIS PROPOSAL Cardano has a vote to allocate ₳7,920,000 from the treasury for Blockfrost and Project Cayley. Formally, this is presented as infrastructure development, data indexing, and support for free API access for developers. But for me, the essence is simple: they are coming to the treasury for money again. Cardano already has infrastructure solutions for data access. There is already Blockfrost, Koios, cardano-db-sync, Ogmios, Kupo, and other tools. Now they want to take money from the common treasury again to support a separate infrastructure layer and fund its development. I am not against Cardano development. I am against turning the treasury into a feeding system for constant requests. ₳7.92 million is not a small amount. This is community money. This is the resource of the whole ecosystem. And every request like this must pass a strict filter. My position is simple: first, they should prove by themselves that the model is sustainable, necessary, and does not create dependence on one provider. Only after that can we talk about the treasury. Right now, my vote is: NO / REJECT Cardano must be built not on constant requests to the treasury, but on strong, sustainable, and independent infrastructure. Otherwise, this is no longer decentralization. It becomes a regular grant system where some build, and others constantly pay. Decentralization ≠ Ownerless. Decentralization ≠ Unaccountable. This is a misconception we see far too often in Web3. Just because a system is decentralized doesn't mean no one is responsible. Developers, validators, DAO members, and protocol designers, someone always holds accountability. Here's what responsible decentralization actually looks like: - Decentralized ≠ ownerless; distributed ownership still means ownership - Someone is always accountable. Code is law, but humans write the code - Governance holds the keys; structured governance protects communities - Responsibility enables resilience. Accountable systems are stronger systems At SecureDApp, we believe decentralization done right is decentralization done responsibly. Whether you're building a DeFi protocol, an NFT platform, or a DAO, security and accountability aren't optional. They're foundational. Is your smart contract ready for what's next? #Blockchain #Web3Security #Decentralization #DeFi #BlockchainGovernance #Web3

Most blockchains treat governance as a footnote. Cardano just made it the lead story. Protocol 11 is the Van Rossem hard fork. It is the network's most significant upgrade since Vasil. Chains often sprint to market but neglect their foundation. Security holes follow. Code is the new constitution. ADA holders now direct the treasury directly. The net change limit is set at 350 million ADA. This ensures transparency for every withdrawal. Africa is shifting from technology consumer to sovereign architect. Sovereign governance demands a local anchor. The stability of the network depends on your delegation. Does direct control over the treasury change how you view your stake? The budget process is now open for your voice. Secure the future from a node in Lusaka. 🇿🇲 Stake with ZAM 🇿🇲 Sources: 1. Intersect MBO - intersectmbo.org/news/inters… 2. Decentralization is messy until you give everyone a seat at the table. Cardano just pulled up 500,000 chairs. The Voltaire era is no longer a roadmap item. It is a live, breathing reality. Since the ratification of Constitution v2.0 in January, the power to steer the network has officially shifted from developers to delegators. At the heart of this shift is the GovTool—the digital "ballot box" where your ₳ becomes your voice. -> 🏛️ Voting Power: DReps (Delegate Representatives) now vote on-chain for treasury spend and protocol changes. -> 📜 The Constitution: A living document, ratified by the community, that prevents any single entity from changing the rules. -> 🗳️ Intersect Elections: Voting for the 2026 Intersect Committees opens tomorrow, April 20. This is how we shape the leadership of the ecosystem. For our community in Zambia, this is about "African Node Sovereignty." In the old financial world, decisions about African markets are often made in boardrooms 8,000 miles away. In the Voltaire era, a node operator in Lusaka has the same protocol-level standing as one in London. True decentralization isn’t just about who runs the software. It’s about who owns the future. By staking with ZAM, you aren't just earning rewards; you are supporting a Zambian voice in this global conversation. We ensure our region isn't just a user of the tech, but a governor of it. #Ethereum #Web3 #EIP #BlockchainGovernance

New research out of @FrontiersIn backs what we've been building toward. The authors studied 35 U.S. firms over a decade and found a clear, statistically significant link between blockchain adoption and stronger corporate governance. ✅More transparency ✅ Better accountability ✅ Less information asymmetry between management and stakeholders. The paper focuses on traditional public companies. But the underlying logic extends further. Decentralized ecosystems have been running this experiment in real time, every day, across hundreds of chains. Every proposal voted on, every validator graded, every governance decision recorded on-chain is exactly the kind of immutable, traceable record this research says drives governance quality. At Plebis, we're building the intelligence layer for DAO's, and for enterprise cooperations, even SMEs that require governance. Governance might look a little bit stale in the traditional blockchain world, but we predict that a boon is coming from the corporate enterprise world.
