Bro, let me tell you something I’ve seen over and over in this space
Every time a project does early token distribution, it turns into a speedrun to sell first.
It’s literally game theory in action first guy out makes the most, and everyone else gets slapped by the red candles.
And the crazy part?
The real believers, the ones who actually support the project…
they end up becoming exit liquidity. Happens every TGE, every cycle.
This whole loop makes it insanely hard for teams to even know if they’ve hit PMF or not.
It's not the product failing it's the incentives being cooked.
So yeah, the whole “sell first = win” model?
Low key one of the most inefficient architectures we’ve been stuck with.
That’s why in our model, we flipped the script.
Instead of rewarding whoever dips first, we reward whoever actually holds and aligns long-term.
Simple shift, huge difference in behavior.
At this point, to me it feels like:
@Alignerz_ isn’t just another model… it’s the endgame for TGEs.
We’ve all seen how messy TGEs can get. If there’s a way to make it healthier for both teams and communities… why not push the model forward?
