To incentivize sources to share data, existing #DataValuation methods fairly reward each source based on its data submitted as is. However, as these methods do not verify nor incentivize data truthfulness, the sources can manipulate their data (e.g., by submitting duplicated or noisy data) to artificially increase their valuations and rewards or prevent others from benefiting. This paper presents the first mechanism that provably ensures (F) collaborative #fairness and incentivizes (T) #truthfulness at equilibrium for Bayesian models. Our mechanism combines semivalues (e.g., #ShapleyValue), which ensure fairness, and a truthful data valuation function (DVF) based on a validation set that is unknown to the sources. As semivalues are influenced by others' data, we introduce an additional condition to prove that a source can maximize its expected data values in coalitions and semivalues by submitting a dataset that captures its true knowledge. Additionally, we discuss the implications and suitable relaxations of (F) and (T) when the mediator has a limited budget for rewards or lacks a validation set. Our theoretical findings are validated on synthetic and real-world datasets.

The visiting students were given access to advanced research infrastructure and sophisticated instrumentation, including NMR, XRD, HRTEM, STM, MRI research facilities, and state-of-the-art synthesis laboratories. We’re pleased to share the successful completion of a two-day Project Orientation & School Excellence Program for 25 newly onboarded government schools under the Quality Support Program in Bhinga, Shravasti district, Uttar Pradesh, conducted in collaboration with the State Education Department. Teachers' Conclave 2025 | Advancing Teacher-Led Innovation Yesterday, the Bharti Airtel Foundation, in collaboration with Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, Ranchi (Jharkhand), successfully hosted a Teachers’ Conclave that brought together 91 educators from government schools across Ranchi. The Conclave—an initiative supported by the Foundation—aims to encourage teachers to undertake action research and strengthen evidence-based classroom practices. The event served as a powerful platform for teacher-led research and reflective practice, aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF). Educators presented 13 research papers and best practices, showcasing measurable classroom outcomes, school management initiatives, and innovative pedagogical approaches. Ms. Neelam Toppo, Regional Joint Director of Education, emphasised the need for such programmes to motivate more teachers to engage in action research. We were also honoured by the presence of Dr. Yasmeen Galeria, Principal, Zila School, and dedicated BPOs from SSA, whose encouragement highlighted the value of continuous professional development. Going forward, participating teachers will take these learnings back to their classrooms—driving sustained innovation, enhancing pedagogy, and enriching student learning experiences.
