Apparently, the evaluation the scientific institutions does not need to follow scientific standards...

I know people who stopped their PhD (esp. from #biomedical sciences) because their #data didn't yield "results'.
#datadredging/#phacking can only be overcome by a complete change of how "success" is measured in #research.
No results is also a result in research.
