For people who don't know @embl, the vast majority of EMBL Staff have to leave (its a legal requirement) after either 9 years (PIs and staff members) or 5 years (Postdocs) or Phd students - 4 years, plus 6 months bridging postdoc. This way @embl provides skills to Europe
