You pay female-dominated #CaStateScientists who implement & lead these programs >30% less than our male-dominated engineering colleagues who do the exact same work. You don't believe in science or equity. You're hypocrites.

Thankfully, this inequity was ruled unlawful by the CA judicial system in the #LikePayForLikeWork lawsuit in 2008. Supervisors saw a 43% jump in salary in 2014. Rank and file are waiting for @CalHR_gov@GavinNewsom to enforce the court ruling. #ValueScientists
EnvScientists now with 56% pay difference from ES-supervisors who received pay equity in 2014! If we women who do the same work as male engineers we work side by side with, if we can't get equity after a Ca Court ruling, what else do we need to do??? Ca Leaders HELP US!!
