FYI @QMUL, copying unions in on an email to linemanagers and setting up an info-dump session two days before the release of the scheme is not a meaningful consultation of unions. Two sessions with the same finance powerpoint and only a couple of minutes for questions isn’t input.

Our individual Schools keep being punished for NSS scores, and linemanagers don't dare to point out that the numbers for teaching staff are really brilliant, and that it is the numbers for stuff Schools and staff can't handle but are in the hands of management that pull us down.
