#JuntsFemRecerca @HospitalSantPau

She is additionally MPI of the INFORM Africa Hub project (@INFORMAfricaHub), part of the DS-I Africa consortium, and the PI of the EPI-PLAN HIV project funded by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (@NIAIDNews) to develop a novel cohort model to predict the distribution of HIV prevalence by age and noncommunicable disease burden through 2050 in two sub-Saharan African countries. Dr. Stafford serves as the Deputy Director of the Center for International Health, Education, and Biosecurity at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), providing technical input and supporting surveillance, research, and implementation teams across eight countries in sub-Saharan Africa. Additionally, she is the Technical Director for the UMB implemented Population-based HIV Impact Assessment surveys. She has expertise in advanced epidemiological methods for infectious disease research. 🌐 For more information please scan the QR code in the flyer or go to: lnkd.in/eWEzjUEG #DSIAfrica #DSIAfrica2025 #DataScience #DataHealth #Datathon #DataEthics #Africa #Genomics #Networking #ECR #AfricanInnovation #ArtificialIntelligence #WomenInSTEM #InfectiousDiseases
