Les sieurs @kakese_leon et @AlainMake20 ont régulièrement saisi le Prorep près le TGI-G en déposant une plainte pour des faits qualifiés de diffamation et d’imputations dommageables à l’encontre des individus identifiés sous les pseudonymes @Franck_MK1 et @Plunda_lems.
Au regard des éléments préliminaires versés au dossier, les personnes présumées auteurs des faits incriminés ont été identifiées comme étant Franck Mbutu et LEM’S Lunda Mulongo. Ces derniers sont dès lors susceptibles d’engager leur responsabilité pénale, conformément aux dispositions légales en vigueur.

#RDC Le Procureur général près la Cour de cassation, Firmin Mvonde, a donné des instructions fermes aux magistrats pour permettre à l’État congolais de récupérer ses immeubles spoliés, lors d’une réunion tenue lundi à Kinshasa, a déclaré Edmond Isofa, procureur de la République près du parquet de grande instance de Kinshasa/Gombe.
«Concernant la spoliation des immeubles et des patrimoines fonciers de l’État, le procureur général près de la Cour de cassation a demandé que les magistrats s’investissent dans ce combat, afin que l’État puisse récupérer ses biens et que des solutions soient apportées à ces conflits fonciers et immobiliers», a précisé le Prorep Isofa.
Il a ajouté que le procureur général près la Cour de cassation a également évalué avec les magistrats le fonctionnement des cellules chargées de la détention préventive et donné des orientations pour assurer une surveillance accrue de ces détentions.

First Past the Post supporters sometimes pretend there are only two countries in the world:
-UK, which uses FPTP
-Italy, which uses PR
In fact, 85% of developed countries use a form of Proportional Representation, including the world's most stable, equal and democratic nations.
