@Walmart so apparently some of your employees in Johnson City Tennessee don't believe in providing service to certain people.
Definitely I am positive this was a racial issue.
I was refused service, then when I finally got customer service to communicate, a manager came over & felt he was within his rights to tell me I don't have a right to speak freely there.
No crazy yelling and no foul talk but yet I was not supposed to speak in any way he didn't like.
I tried to speak to the store manager and the girl at the counter refused, her exact words were " he won't talk to you".
All this mistreatment over a low level employee who was lazy & didn't want to do her job.
A simple exchange, something Walmart does do in all its stores within reason, in every state they are in as I have used Walmart up and down the coast for years.
It took a security manager who initially relocated from an up north store to let them know they were wrong & they needed to do their job.
I didn't want money I didn't want any problems.
I just wanted customer service to do an exchange that was covered under Walmarts rules, as I had management get a copy of all company policies & they after reading it still did not want to help me.
Instead these biased brats wanted to refuse me service & mistreat me, even telling me they dont do exchanges while they were literally Reading the policy in front of me.
I have the entire encounter on audio recording & I have the girls names and the manager.
During the entire situation several customers came & went on the customer service line next to me doing exchanges & returns, the only difference was they were all white & I wasn't.
To think you can still be refused service because your different than the staff and management.
I guess only in the South or maybe just in Tennessee. 🤷
