これは、月を「地球を守るための宇宙防御基地」として活用する未来構想です。
改良型SLIMで月へ精密着陸し、月面に水資源採取モジュール、熱放射冷却タワー、人工大気実験ドーム、ソーラーパネル、観測装置を設置します。
さらに、地球の周囲には衛星通信・気候監視ネットワークを展開し、地球温度、海洋、大気、災害予測データを常時監視します。
将来的には、太陽と地球の間にあるL1地点に太陽光制御シールドを配置し、太陽放射の一部を調整することで、地球温暖化への防御技術として研究する構想です。
月は地球の冷蔵庫ではなく、
地球を守るための観測基地・資源基地・防御基地になる。

Japan Moon-Based Earth Cooling Defense Concept
This concept envisions the Moon as a space-based defense platform to help protect Earth’s climate and future.
Using an upgraded SLIM-style precision lunar lander, Japan could deploy lunar systems such as water-ice extraction modules, heat-radiation cooling towers, artificial atmosphere experiment domes, solar power arrays, and environmental monitoring devices.
Around Earth, a satellite communication and climate-monitoring network would continuously observe global temperature, oceans, atmosphere, and disaster risks.
In the future, this system could connect with an L1 solar-control shield placed between Earth and the Sun, designed to study ways to slightly regulate incoming solar radiation and support long-term climate stability.
The Moon is not Earth’s refrigerator.

The Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Lucknow is leading the way in sustainable innovation with the establishment of two Centres of Excellence dedicated to Green Hydrogen and Electric Vehicles. IET has successfully installed a smart renewable energy-based system that generates 4 kilowatts of power using wind and solar sources to produce green hydrogen onsite. Additionally, the institute has developed battery manufacturing capabilities for all-terrain electric vehicles.
