Hopefully, @TPUSA is still opposed to warrantless spying. A vote to extend the unconstitutional FISA 702 program *without warrants* will likely happen today in the House. I’ll vote No.

As a native of the great state of Louisiana, I urge @SpeakerJohnson to not go represent us by going into the history books as someone who further eroded the foundational principles of this nation.
Warrantless spying is a sledgehammer to an already battered constitutional foundation.
We have been shown that it’s too much to ask to bring our troops home and stop medalling overseas, or deliver upon the EFTA, but this should be an easy win for the American people.
As President Trump said in his campaign, it is high time to #KillFISA

They're not just spying in American homes (including the bedroom and bathroom), they're testing military technology on us, deleting important emails and texts messages, poisoning our food and water and coffee, hitting people with heart attack inducing levels, setting up driving accidents, killing our pets (Chyna, anyone?), causing Havana's syndrome and cancers (poison with parasites then hit with DEW), make us homeless and much, much more.

Is the Montana delegation finally united against FISA 702 reauthorization after we criticized Tester, Daines, and Zinke for voting to renew it last year?
We are thrilled that Montana has TRIPARTISAN agreement that FISA 702 should not be reauthorized!
The proposed FISA 702 reauthorization does not require a warrant if the Biden Administration surveils YOUR personal information, while it does require a warrant if the executive surveils CONGRESS.
We will always celebrate when Republicans and Democrats do the right thing.
Last year, everyone in the Montana delegation except @RepRosendale voted for FISA 702 renewal. We criticized the other three at the time, but now they seem to have changed their position.
This week, Rosendale and @RepRyanZinke voted against reauthorization, and @SenatorTester is also signaling opposition.
Now, we need to know whether @SteveDaines will vote to reauthorize.
We are also calling on @SheehyforMT to make a statement on FISA 702 renewal. Montanans deserve to know if the top three candidates running for Senate support the 4th Amendment rights of Montanans!

Montanans value their right to privacy and don’t want the Biden Administration accessing their personal information without a warrant. I don't support reauthorizing FISA Section 702 in its current form and call on the Senate to act to stop warrantless searches by the government.
