Life asked Dhakshayani to grow up sooner than expected. When her father fell ill and her family needed support, a college degree had to wait but responsibility could not. With limited confidence, hesitant English, and unanswered job applications, the future felt uncertain.
That’s when the Magic Bus India Foundation Livelihood Programme became her turning point. Through life skills training, communication practice, interview readiness, and leadership development, Dhakshayani began replacing self-doubt with self-belief.
Today, as a Data Entry Operator at Iron Mountain, she earns with dignity, supports her family, and moves forward with confidence.
Her journey is a reminder that livelihoods are not just about jobs, they’re about resilience, readiness, and the courage to move ahead when life presses pause. At Magic Bus, that’s how futures are built.
