■ Memory Technique (1): Storing experiences in transparent spheres and resizing them.
■ Today, let’s explore a fundamental technique for enhancing memory. This involves:
① Encapsulating experiences inside transparent spheres
② Expanding and shrinking these spheres at will
■ We call this process “Memory Rounding”, and the resulting spheres are “Memory Spheres” or “Memory Balls.” Let’s practice with three examples:
■🔹 Imagine a scene where the sky stretches across the upper half and a lush green garden fills the lower half. In the sky, three transparent spheres float like soap bubbles. Each sphere contains a different memory:
1️⃣ Family Time – A joyful moment with parents and a small child (one of them being you).
2️⃣ Sports with Friends – A memory of playing a sport, like tennis.
3️⃣ Work at Your Desk – A scene from a specific day when you were focused on desk work.
■🔹 Now, refer to the illustration and practice freely resizing these spheres in mid-air. Let the beauty of the garden, the serenity of the space, and the vastness of the sky enhance your visualization.
■🔹 Through this exercise, you develop the ability to compactly store specific experiences, place them in spheres, adjust their size, and position them within a scenic space in an elegant, simplified manner. This lays the foundation for strengthening your memory. (More details to follow!)
