ALT We can confirm Saturday’s fixture with FC United of Manchester will proceed as previously announced, with representatives from both sides paying their respects to Bebe King, Elsie Dot Stancombe and Alice Dasilva Aguiar, their friends, family and loved ones as well as all who have been impacted by the tragic events this week pregame. The Club can confirm that during Saturday’s fixture we will be raising funds for Alder Hey Children’s Charity. To do this, the regular matchday 50/50 will operate slightly differently, every penny raised from every ticket purchased acting as a donation to Alder Hey rather than a raffle entry. Big Help Group will match every penny raised during this fundraiser ensuring maximum support for Alder Hey’s lifesaving work. We wish to pay special tribute to emergency responders whose selfless dedication and heroism this week has inspired us all.
