Today, our government announced an over $2.8 million investment to launch a new Bachelor of Community Planning program at @NipissingU. As industries and communities continue to grow in the North, this program will help train the planners needed to support new housing, critical infrastructure, and long-term economic growth in the region. This week’s trip to Washington was a chance to make the case for Fortress North America. The message I took to American business leaders and members of congress was simple: Workers on both sides of the border are better off when we drop tariffs and work together to build a stronger, more prosperous and more secure continent.
