My thoughts are with the families and loved ones of the children who were killed in the tragic collision that took place yesterday in Mapleton Township, and with those currently being cared for in hospital. This heartbreaking loss is being felt across the community and the entire province. Let’s all stand together with those who are grieving during this terrible time.

Today, our government announced an over $2.8 million investment to launch a new Bachelor of Community Planning program at @NipissingU. As industries and communities continue to grow in the North, this program will help train the planners needed to support new housing, critical infrastructure, and long-term economic growth in the region. The program will receive an additional $190,000 to fund 60 seats, welcoming the first cohort of students in Fall 2027. 🔗: news.ontario.ca/en/release/1… @NolanMQuinn

We danced, laughed, and enjoyed caffè and breakfast together — a truly wholesome start to the day. Every year, my team hosts Italian Heritage Month celebrations to remind our Nonni that their values and stories live on in our hearts. Buona Festa! 🇨🇦🇮🇹

This week’s trip to Washington was a chance to make the case for Fortress North America. The message I took to American business leaders and members of congress was simple: Workers on both sides of the border are better off when we drop tariffs and work together to build a stronger, more prosperous and more secure continent.

We gathered in solidarity as OPP Constable Tarun Bali of the Dufferin County Detachment was escorted in a solemn procession from the Forensic Services and Coroner's Complex to Thornhill. Members lined the route, standing shoulder to shoulder as a powerful tribute to Cst. Bali. His selfless service, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to protecting our province will never be forgotten. #HeroesInLife

Across Ontario, too many people are struggling to find housing they can afford. Increasing housing supply is key to improving affordability and ensuring more people have a place to call home. It was great to tour a purpose-built rental development in Stratford and see firsthand how innovation is helping get homes built faster. Stubbe’s Precast is using modular and precast construction technologies to reduce costs, shorten construction timelines, and deliver much-needed housing more efficiently. Thank you to @stubbesprecast for helping drive the innovation that is supporting housing construction across our province. #housing #Stratford
