The first commercial single-objective #lightsheet microscope (OPM/SCAPE) from @LeicaMicro and @ASIImaging. Available with 40x/1.1 WI primary objective in inverted config or (later on) with 20x/1.0 W in either inverted or upright config.

If the sample can't travel, the microscope will. The modular Flamingo from @huiskenlab at #SPAOM2022, a high-end lightsheet microscope that fits into a Pelican case and even has its own Wifi router.

I call this the self-straightening FEP tube. The temperature gradient causes it to rotate. It gets straight after some minutes by itself. Had to improvise due to lack of metal tubes 😁 @huiskenlab@spim@openspim

There is certainly a software need for this type of microscope. We will also be working on it at the Biohub. Maybe we should do a coordinated community project? @mattersOfLight@loicaroyer
