Today’s FAO report shows the Ford Conservative govt cut planned spending on the childcare program by nearly $400 million. Instead of supporting parents & growing the economy, Ford is wasting $1 billion of our taxes to get booze in stores a year early. Mixed-up priorities. #onpoli
Conservatives wanting power will use Republican tactics to misrepresent the state of our economy! They are not to be trusted!

Reading John Ivison’s piece from last Saturday on Britain’s decline, which he claims applies to Canada. No mention of Brexit. Nothing about the appalling UK Tory governments. Mentions in passing that Brit GDP per capita was higher than ours but is now lower
A longtime friend of mine has develop a serious, age-related, debilitating, prostate medical condition, one suffered by almost 1/3 of older men. @fordnation’s OHIP doesn’t cover the recommended treatment. Older men, however, can now buy beer at our Zehrs stores.
Doug “Tunnel Vision” Ford’s Ontario: lousy access to medical care, great access to beer.

The same guy that refused to give evidence to the emergencies act inquiry?
Do I have this correct?
It’s bad enough @fordnation wasted $1B getting booze in the corner store one year earlier.
Now he is spending millions advertising his new website to help us find the booze.
It’s not booze that we need to find…
It’s a family doctor for the 2.5 million Ontarians that need one.
Every plan to mitigate and solve the climate crisis will be expensive and inconvenient.
But, doing nothing and having no plan will make our future far more expensive and deadly.
Killing a plan without fully presenting your new and better plan is just irresponsible politics,
A common misconception of how global GHGs cause climate change. Emissions have no flags to the atmosphere. It is the cumulative impact of emissions from around the globe that is causing climate change. We choose as Canadians to join the global cause or not. It's simple as that.
