Spike sorting with #Kilosort in #python w/ #pytorch @pyqtgraph ! >>> pip install kilosort[gui] To learn more, check out the docs (kilosort.readthedocs.io/en/l… by Jacob Pennington), or watch the talk (youtube.com/watch?v=LTSmoACr… by @marius10p )

The Kilosort4 paper is now published @naturemethods. We put a lot of work into building and properly documenting all things Kilosort (including for older versions). w/ @computingnature #kilosort paper: nature.com/articles/s41592-0… code: github.com/MouseLand/Kilosor…

A few hours hacking with the great @jnuneziglesias and here it is #napari cutting through 0.5 billion of stars (7.3 TB) of the Milky Way, stored by @Blosc2 into just 1.9 GB. Video done with the cheapest MacBook in the market, and the best Open Source. 🚀 #SciPy2023 #Sprints

PyQtGraph 0.13.3 is out🎉 Biggest change is restoring compatibility with PySide6 6.5; there are a few bug-fixes as well that came along for the ride. This release included commits from 2 new contributors! Huge thank you to our contributors who made this release possible!

PyQtGraph 0.13.2 was just released! This release was made possible by 25 contributors, 14 of whom were first-time library contributors! The changes are primarily of the bug-fix variety. There are two significant highlights I want to bring to everyone's attention.

We have also migrated our documentation to the PyData Sphinx Theme, and have support for @kapeli 's dash docs docset. Next step is to submit a user-base contribution as part of our release CI process (PRs welcome :D )

@pyqtgraph Look at the nice colors, we should check if we can integrate some of those, too! That's the first time I have run into the Scientific Colour Maps project by @fcrameri (and friends). Very nice PR work and more memorable naming conventions than ColorCET :)
Just impressive to see all the colormaps available on Makie.jl docs.makie.org/stable/
