The latest NHTSA report has just come in. Tesla reported one new incident this month. It occurred earlier in April, when the Robotaxi was stopped and rear-ended by a truck. Tesla is therefore not at fault. The previous report already listed two other incidents in March in which the Robotaxi was also stationary and rear-ended. As a result, there have been zero incidents since the beginning of February 2026 in which the Robotaxi was at fault. Let that sink in! Zero incidents where FSD was at fault for the last four months (June’s data will be released next month). I’ve attached a simplified view of the NHTSA data if you’d like more details. @elonmusk @aelluswamy Amazing job! You guys are cooking!

This guy doesn't understand what wealth is. Take, for example, @elonmusk. He does NOT have $500b in his bank account or in real estate or in a chest full of gold, etc. His wealth is how much OTHER people think the worth of the transformations of the real world he can bring about is worth (hat tip to @DavidDeutschOxf). How much OTHER people value his power to lift such and such number of tonnes into orbit, his power to transport such and such number of people with his cars, to reduce pollution by such and such amount, and so on. So, he does NOT have anybody's money, he has power to lift things in the orbit! His wealth is in knowledge, ideas, processes, factories, contracts, supply chains, etc. If tomorrow you were to take away ALL his money, his wealth would remain intact. You can only physically destroy his factories and destroy human ability to do all those things he is now doing and make our civilisation poorer - as commies were in 20th century - you can NOT redistribute it!

Today’s flood of Western media hit pieces and ridiculous commentary on Elon and SpaceX is yet another sign that the West is rotting from the inside. EVEN the Chinese Communists treat their national champions with more respect than these pathetic hacks. The CCP and its state mouthpieces aren’t half as deranged with envy. They may leash guys like Jack Ma and slap them down hard when they step out of line, but at least they’re smart enough to understand that they need their best talent and innovators to deliver prosperity for their people, dominate global markets, project raw power across the planet, and forge their nation into a ruthless superpower. The Chinese see them as vital strategic national assets and would never publicly insult or attack the ambitious, high-achieving mindset that creates these winners in the first place. SpaceX is, without a doubt, America’s national champion. Elon built the first reusable orbital rockets (Falcon 9), slashed launch costs, launched more missions in a single year than entire nations, revived American space dominance, sent NASA astronauts to the ISS aboard Crew Dragon, built the Starlink constellation that now beams high-speed internet to millions across the globe (including battlefields and disaster zones), and is developing Starship - the most powerful fully reusable rocket ever built, designed to make humanity an inter-planetary species. Yet the Western press and Democratic officials are almost unanimously attacking the one man going above and beyond to secure prosperity, technological supremacy, and raw national strength for our civilization. These people are vile soul-sucking wreckers who despise all excellence. The only thing they can produce is endless grievance and failure. All they know to do is tear down the successful, insult greatness, and wallow in their own mediocrity.

This is Elizabeth City Centre in Adelaide. Arguably Australia's most solar-covered shopping centre. Rooftops & car parks generating clean electricity while providing shade for customers. With around 16,000 solar panels, Elizabeth City Centre has approximately 5.8 MW of solar capacity, including what was reported as Australia's largest solar car park canopy. The system spans rooftops and parking areas across a centre with roughly 3,530 parking spaces, turning asphalt into an energy asset. Shopping centres are almost purpose-built for solar: • Huge roof areas • Massive car parks • Peak electricity demand during daylight hours • Natural locations for EV charging The result is a simple idea with multiple benefits: • Lower electricity bills • Reduced grid demand during sunny periods • Cooler cars in summer • Better use of existing land If more shopping centres followed this model, we'd be talking about gigawatts of additional generation without using a single hectare of new land.

How does anyone actually work with @OracleCloud Infrastructure? The online sign up process is fragile and usually doesn't complete for various strange errors. We decided to try them again, even though a few months ago, we had a testing account that started to have authentication problems. We could never get it resolved. But the simple act of trying to sign up again and encountering problem after problem makes me wonder if @Oracle is trustworthy at all.

Ok, fellas, we see all your tags and we get it. But. Being a shitty person doesn't make someone a legitimate military target under international law. Climbing on a tank for internet clout isn't enough to become a combatant. Do something that actually qualifies — then we can talk. Until then, we'll keep our drones for real military targets 😉

Insane. The Jacksonville police should be sued for this misuse of AI. They clearly didn't bother to follow up on other evidence before arresting this person. It's incompetence so staggering that one could say it's malicious incompetence.
FL police use A.I. to identify a vehicle theft suspect from surveillance video. Based on an "85% match" they arrest and charge Jalil Richardson. He spends 3 months in jail. He loses his job, his home, and custody of his kids. Richardson lives in N.C. He's never been to Florida. And his timesheet shows him at work at the time of the crime. No one checked before charging him. yahoo.com/news/us/articles/a…

I organized an intervention to stop Elon from starting SpaceX. Here is the story... Twenty five years ago, Elon and I sat in a car on a dark stretch of Long Island highway, two neurodiverse geeks staring at the night sky and wondering what came next. We had both experienced substantial exits and felt the weight of possibility ahead of us. When I joked about 'space' while gazing upward, neither of us imagined we were planting the seed for what would become the largest IPO in history. We spent the next two hours debating why space was so hard. In the end, rockets are fuel and metal. We also debated where to go, and it was crystal clear that Mars was the only real destination. Upon returning to NYC, we embarked on a global tour of space, meeting space agencies and luminaries worldwide. This opened our eyes to an industry stuck in bureaucratic thinking. If things continued at that pace, it was clear that we would never explore space in our lifetime. So, we launched Life to Mars to show the world that two ambitious young men (29 and 30 years old), could send life to Mars without any government backing or support. We planned to send and grow plants on Mars, though some were pushing us to send mice. We had a $50 MM budget that rested on our purchase of two Russian ICBMs for $7 MM each. We assumed one ICBM would fail, and we would learn and fix everything before launching again. When Elon went back to actually buy the ICBMs, the Russians tripled the price, bringing out launch costs from a total of $14 MM to $42 MM. Our ambitious Life to Mars plan was no longer viable. As you might imagine, Elon was not pleased. So, he decided to start SpaceX and create his own Mars rockets. Now, this is a crazy idea, both now and at the time, so I organized a large panel of top space experts, and we ambushed him at the Georgian Hotel one morning. It was set up like an intervention for an alcoholic, but for space. Elon looked me in the eye when leaving the room and said, "I am going to do this." The intervention failed. Elon was committed. The rest is history. I am excited to see this IPO after 25 years of hard work. What SpaceX has done is a testament to human will and overcoming insurmountable obstacles. It's nothing short of amazing. Congratulations, E. Amazing.

No, you’re not sending “more money to Ukraine,” and you never have. You used to send American money to American arms manufacturers so that American workers and engineers could have more contracts, jobs, salaries, and tax revenue while producing American weapons in America for Ukraine or replacing old equipment from U.S. stockpiles. That allowed the Ukrainian military to keep saving their country, while your top-tier geopolitical enemy, a KGB dictatorship obsessed with hatred toward you, could be defeated in its war of aggression in Europe and critically weakened for decades to come -- without a single American soldier firing a single shot. But then you decided to start pretending that night is day.
Unbelievable. 19 Republicans just voted with all Democrats to send more money to Ukraine…

Scandal brewing in “neutral” Ireland after revelations that one Russian-affiliated plant there has been supplying over 83% Irish exports of alumina to Russia where it’s smelted into aluminum, a critical component for war production. Aughinish Alumina in County Limerick, Europe’s largest alumina refinery, owned by United Company Rusal (Russia’s largest aluminium producer), whose parent EN Group was founded by sanctioned oligarch Oleg Deripaska. An investigation by the Irish Times, OCCRP and other outlets, drawing on confidential documents, customs data and satellite imagery, established the supply chain. The Irish government tried to deflect but when a reporter filmed the plant with signs in Russian, they could no longer deny it. Now internal documents were leaked showing that the company is threatening the Irish government with loss of jobs and all sorts of things if it tried to curb its exports to Russia. The newest defense is that alumina isn’t under EU sanctions so technically no rules were broken. Except Ireland had no problem defying the EU and forging ahead with its own restrictions on imports from Israel with its Occupied Territories Bill. Because… reasons (or maybe Russian occupation of Ukraine is OK while Israeli occupation of Palestinian lands is not). Australia stopped its alumina exports to Russia because the material is so necessary for the war (its main exporter was also 20%-owned by Deripaska). The neutral Irish government is operating under different standards, where morality is spelled in Russian. I wonder what the Irish people, who overwhelmingly support Ukraine (in fact, they are among the strongest supporters in Europe when it comes to economic and financial aid), think about all of this.

$TSLA $SPCX I prefer spending my time looking at charts, but since there's been so much discussion around a potential merger, I'll share my two cents: • Most merger narratives do a good job explaining how a merger could be structured. There are a million ways to structure a deal. • The bigger question is why Tesla shareholders would want one in the first place. • Tesla already has a compensation plan tied to massive growth targets. • Tesla shareholders already own 100% of Tesla's future upside. • If Robotaxi, Optimus, Energy and A.i succeed, why voluntarily give up part of that future upside? • Investors who want exposure to both Tesla and SpaceX can simply own both. • A merger adds complexity, dilution, approvals, governance questions and integration risk. • SpaceX also has deep ties to NASA, the Department of Defense and national security programs. Keeping those activities separate from a consumer-facing public company may have advantages. • Combining the two could introduce additional regulatory, security and political considerations that neither company currently has to manage together. I'm not saying a merger is impossible one day... I'm saying I still haven't heard a compelling explanation for why Tesla shareholders should want one. And perhaps most importantly, neither Tesla nor SpaceX has even mentioned the word "merger." Until then, unlimited fictional YouTube content for creators. 😄

I am not a Jew. But as a professor of international law & retired military lawyer who studies how distorted legal rhetoric is used to justify hate & violence directed against Jews, you are 💯 mistaken to believe your safety "as Jewish New Yorkers" is "inextricably intertwined with Palestinians." I am not progressive, either. But based on your comments in this clip & my background with the study mentioned above, I do have a few tips you should consider exploring if you are genuinely concerned with your safety as a Jewish New Yorker. Spoiler alert: these tips have absolutely nothing to do with Palestinians - at least, not directly. 1. Stop blaming @Israel for what you refer to as "the utter destruction of Gaza." First of all, #Gaza isn't "utterly destroyed" to begin with. There are absolutely areas that are currently uninhabitable due to the conflict. But it's not all of Gaza. This perception has been carefully curated by influencers showing isolated clips of select destroyed areas while giving the false impression that this visualization represents the entire Strip. It doesn't. If you think otherwise, do yourself a favor & find/follow accounts like @GAZAWOOD1 that present clips of videos that are posted from people living inside Gaza right now. If you believe Gaza is utterly destroyed, educate yourself. You are being played, and only you can stop it. Second, learn at least something about international law. Like this. You criticize your opponent @RepDanGoldman for supporting "unconditional aid to Israel" (Ilana Glazer's words) "even despite Israel's utter destruction of Gaza" (your words). Here, you are actually supporting strategic objectives of literal terrorists whose only goal is the utter destruction of Israel. #Hamas committed the atrocities of 10/7 to provoke a large-scale armed conflict in order to derail normalization between 🇮🇱 & select Arab countries. Their best shot at getting away with it was for sympathetic partisans throughout the West - such as yourself & Ilana Glazer - to convince Israel's traditional closest partners & allies to restrict military aid & pressure Israel into implementing a ceasefire as early as possible. Doing so would ensure Hamas could survive to continue in a governance role in Gaza after the conflict. And the way to convince Iran's useful idiots, such as yourself, to pressure Western governments to restrict military aid is to manipulate the language of international law to make it seem that these countries are failing to comply with their own legal obligations or even "complicit" in systemic "war crimes" by failing to condition or restrict aid. It's a hoax, and it always has been. Determining whether a war crime has been committed requires evidence of the knowledge & intent of personnel responsible for each attack at the time. If you don't believe me, study this highlighted excerpt of the Rome Statute (pic 1). Yes, neither 🇮🇱 nor 🇺🇸 have ratified this multilateral treaty. But the main war crimes provisions in Article 8, as well as the mental element/mistake of fact provisions of Articles 30 & 32, are consistent with our military doctrine. And guess what evidence you need, pursuant to this doctrinal source, to determine a war crime has been committed. That's right! If a war crime involves "intentionally directing an attack against" civilian persons or property, and "intent" means "awareness that a circumstance exists," and the "circumstance" is the civilian (not taking direct part in hostilities) character of the person/object attacked, then we require evidence demonstrating personnel responsible for each attack were aware of the civilian character of the target at the time & they attacked it anyway. Any guesses what you can't determine just from looking at "utter destruction" in a battlespace? Right again! Knowledge & intent of personnel responsible for each attack at the time that led to that utter destruction. Maybe - just maybe - a transnational terrorist organization committed one of the most horrific atrocities in living memory then deliberately hid & fought among its own civilian population in the ensuing large-scale armed conflict it decided to provoke. And maybe they hid IEDs in every structure they could so that @IDF troops clearing the area successfully capturing it would still continue to perish. And maybe that is cumulatively the reason for the "utter destruction of Gaza." News flash: that is exactly the cause of most of the destruction in Gaza. And because that's the case, there is no obligation to condition military aid to Israel. No clear risk of systemic war crimes being committed with arms supplied to Israel (🇺🇸 hasn't ratified the Arms Trade Treaty, but we have a similar process for determining whether to provide military aid nonetheless) means no requirement to condition aid. The reason the language of international law is routinely distorted in this manner, btw, is to convert a policy argument into what appears to be a legal one. A "should" to a "must." But if you believe 🇺🇸 is failing to abide by its international law obligations by providing military aid to 🇮🇱, once again you are being played. Stop. 2. Stop perpetuating the "genocide" blood libel. As you criticize Dan Goldman for supporting "unconditional aid to Israel," along with the "utter destruction" nonsense you also say he does so, "Even despite Israel's utter destruction of Gaza, which I consider a genocide" (emphasis added). There are a lot of people nowadays who believe Israel is responsible for genocide in Gaza. But all of you who do simply demonstrate you don't understand what "genocide" actually is. See, if we start with the doctrinal definition from the Genocide Convention, we see that this crime of crimes is committed by engaging in enumerated acts (not pictured) "with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such" (pic 2, especially red highlight). Guess what doesn't qualify as a "national, ethnical, racial, or religious group". Right! Terrorist groups like Hamas. And take a wild guess which group IDF ops in Gaza intend to destroy. If you said "Palestinians," you are, once again, just another of Iran's useful idiots. If you said "Hamas," give yourself a pat on the back. The stated intent, from the very beginning of Swords of Iron all the way until today, has been to: 1) eliminate the enduring security threat posed by Hamas; and 2) repatriate all hostages. If you're not sure about that, I invite you to review these excerpts from public remarks provided by @IsraeliPM @netanyahu in October 2023 (pic 3) & October 2025 (pic 4). Slightly different wording, same intent. Yes, I've heard the argument too many times to count now that most major "human rights" orgs & a number of "genocide scholars" & a UN commission of inquiry & even a handful of countries have all determined Israel is responsible for genocide. But they ALL use the same flawed methodology, and so their conclusions are also irreparably flawed. That is, they ALL begin with a few specimens of political rhetoric from various Israeli officials, most of which are misrepresented or taken out of context to begin with, to establish the requisite "intent." Then they take an equally selective collection of "evidence" - much of which is from untrustworthy or unreliable sources anyway - to establish the enumerated acts to go along with the purportedly genocidal intent. It is, once again, a hoax. Not a single one starts with the actual stated intent (eg pics 3 & 4 attached here) then takes a balanced, unbiased approach to assessing whether actions actually observed in the battlespace are consistent with the intent to destroy Hamas or, instead, to destroy Palestinians in whole or in part as such. If you do that - if you understand the correct methodology & you apply it rigorously - there is only one conclusion: Israel is not committing genocide in Gaza, nor has it ever. It doesn't matter what "you consider" it. You are being played, because you are ignorant. Stop, by educating yourself. 3. Stop blaming "Trump and Netanyahu for setting the Middle East on fire." Do you know who actually set the Middle East on Fire? Terrorists like Nasrallah, Deif, Sinwar, and the Ayatollah Khamenei, along with the militaries & proxies armed groups they led. And they did so on 10/7, once again, simply to derail normalization. In doing so, these literal terrorists demonstrated that the status quo of appeasement & diplomacy in pursuit of peace in the Middle East & a two-state solution was no longer tenable. Tbh that approach wasn't tenable for quite a while - but 10/7 proved that to be the case. And now Trump & Netanyahu are the two world leaders with both the intestinal fortitude & the resources to establish a new status quo. That's what Swords of Iron & Rising Lion & Midnight Hammer & Roaring Lion & Epic Fury have been all about - achieving a new status quo after the aforementioned literal terrorists actually (literally) set the Middle East on fire. The only way to successfully achieve a new, acceptable status quo is through force of arms - not arms embargoes. If you believe otherwise, you are being played. Stop it. Open your eyes & educate yourself. Okay, those are three suggestions for specific actions you can take to help improve your safety as New York Jews. The same goes for Jews really throughout the West. Because here's the thing. Your safety as Jews in the West has absolutely nothing to do with Palestinians. It has everything to do with countering the false narratives - primarily involving misrepresentations of international law - that are being used to justify hate & attacks against Jews. It doesn't matter how much you try distance yourself from Israel, or zionism, or Bibi, or Trump. That won't stop some crazed lunatic from pulling a gun on you or siccing his dog on you or driving his car into your synagogue or throwing bricks at your head or any other number of seemingly random & horrific attacks against Jews we've seen escalate in the West since 10/7. G-d forbid any of these or other acts of violence ever happens to you or someone you love. But if it does, recent experience suggests the perpetrator - and his supporters afterward - will accuse you of supporting genocide & war crimes just for being Jewish. Because Jews are being regarded as proxies for Israel, and Israel is being regarded as a proxy for zionism, and Hamas doctrine justifies the "struggle" against the "Zionist entity" known as the State of Israel. I've heard the term "self-hating Jew" be directed toward folks like yourself. Oftentimes you're referred to by the term "As-a-Jew." @GadSaad would probably diagnose you with suicidal empathy. Regardless of whether any of those descriptions apply, as someone who specializes in international law I can definitively affirm you are both ignorant & naive. If you're concerned about your safety as a Jew, stop perpetuating the lies & distortions that are - unfortunately - putting you most at risk. Stop blaming Israel & @AIPAC & conservatives like Netanyahu & Trump for ... well, everything in the Middle East & at home in New York. Learn how to push back, with precision, against the false narratives that are being used to justify hate & violence directed against the Jewish population. This is the most effective direction you can take if you are genuinely concerned about your safety as a Jew.
Ilana Glazer and I are both proud Jewish New Yorkers who believe unapologetically that our safety is inextricably bound up with that of our neighbors, including Palestinians. And that AIPAC and the candidates they support aren’t making any of us safer or freer.
