They called 10 times over five minutes last night. Help was delayed. It's at least the 7th similar failure in as many months. Here on election day, will any of the candidates finally make fixing DC911 a priority? These weren't the only major issues at OUC last night. I'm working on at least two calls in the next hour that involved wrong addresses, including another quadrant mistake. And there's even more.
