Chairman @RepBrianMast & @RepYoungKim: America cannot depend on China for vital resources that determine our military readiness. The House passed @RepYoungKim’s DOMINANCE Act to ensure that America and our allies shape the future of critical mineral supply chains.

NEW @FDD Interactive Visual: Iran's Nuclear Enrichment Progress, 2008–2025 and Beyond @POTUS' strikes have done more to set back Iran’s nuclear threat than diplomacy ever did — at least temporarily nullifying the threat of a near-term nuclear breakout. Any negotiated agreement must therefore consider a new reality: for the first time since 2006, Iran is no longer enriching uranium and has no operating enrichment plants. The United States should insist that Iran is never permitted to restart, and correspondingly, demand the full, verified dismantlement of all enrichment infrastructure, @mdubowitz and I explain: fdd.org/analysis/2026/06/12/…

Beijing has spent over a decade weaponizing the economic domain against America. This April, the Pentagon stood up a new Economic Defense Unit to fight back and wage economic competition with China, Russia, Iran & North Korea. But the unit’s existence hinges on an internal DOD memo—one signature away from being filed away by the next administration. Congress has already appropriated $500M for the mission, yet the unit has no statutory foundation. Funding without authorization is not a stable footing for a generational contest. Congress must codify the Economic Defense Unit in the FY 2027 NDAA by reviving Section 901 of the Senate-passed FY 2026 bill—locking in its mission, clarifying its interagency authorities, and securing real oversight. Economic competition with China is a multi-decade fight. Lawmakers must give this mission a firm legal foundation. #NDAA

As @leopoldolopez writes, not one expropriation has been genuinely reversed despite Delcy's efforts to attract investment. The Trump Admin's historic leverage over the regime provides a golden opportunity to bring the political certainty investors need. wsj.com/opinion/delcy-rodrig…

Beijing, Moscow, and Tehran aren't just watching the region, they're watching Congress. Every vote toward these Iran War Powers resolutions signals that American commitments are revocable. That's a dangerous and weak message to send. Read more about it @FDDAction 👇 fddaction.org/action-alert/2…
The House resolution has to ripen, takes a few more days. The Senate's version is available this week

This is a continued effort by the Admin to sanction IRGC-linked digital asset exchanges. Disrupting crypto infrastructure will severely cripple the regime's ability to fund terrorism, weapons capacity, and suppression of their own people.  And can also loop in that all of the revenue generated by sanctions violations should be deposited into USVSST Fund and made part of consistent payments to victims. 9/11 families have talked to me about this in the past.
Today, Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control designated Nobitex, Iran’s largest digital asset exchange, along with three other Iranian digital asset exchanges, as part of Economic Fury and the Trump Administration’s efforts to eliminate the threat posed by the Iranian regime.

Russia launched another heinous attack against Ukraine, killing at least 22 civilians, including children. They launched 73 missiles and 656 drones at Kyiv and other major cities, showing a complete disregard for innocent human life. Putin and his thugs are evil and know no limits.

Where Does U.S.-Iran Policy Stand? @FDDAction Secure Line ☎️had the answers. The verdict: don't trade away battlefield gains at the table, don't front-load sanctions relief, and Congress must act on the Iran Sanctions Act before Dec. 31. TY @StrickerNonpro @therealBehnamBT & @rich_goldberg for the sharp analysis. Full readout 👇 fddaction.org/secure-line-re…

A PRC-agent mayor in CA. A Chinese overseas police station in NYC. A $10K bribe attempt on a Hill staffer. These aren't isolated cases — Congress must move beyond whack-a-mole to systematically dismantle Beijing's influence operations in America.

The regime is in financial freefall, its nuclear program is heavily damaged, and the U.S. naval blockade has choked off its primary source of revenue. With reporting on the prospective framework being debated and contradicted in real time, it is critical that MOC outline what a good deal would look like and ask the administration serious questions. 👇
Reports on the US-Iran MOU raise questions, but Congress has options to address these issues before any deal is finalized These 5 pressure points caught our attention — and here is what Congress should ask 👇

4️⃣ If the MOU contains even implied commitments on Iran’s nuclear program, it must go through the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act process 🔴 Will the administration commit to submit any Iran nuclear agreement to Congress for a vote under INARA?

5️⃣ If Iran gains even implicit authority over the Strait of Hormuz as it’s demanded, it hands China & Russia a template in the Taiwan Strait & Black Sea, undermining freedom of navigation globally 🔴 Will the admin commit that Iran cannot condition transit thru the strait?
