F3 Crossroads is officially in Channahon! 28 PAX (including two FNGs) showed up for the opening of the Three Rivers AO. Yellow Card took the group on a brief tour of the AO before putting everybody through a killer tabata.

Bone Spur led 59 PAX through a Winter Convergence to the roots of The Colosseum. Between some miles a small number of copperhead squats, lunges, and steps set the tone for leg day! Capped off the morning with some upper body merkins and Mary for the M’s and significant others.
