I marked the day with a run at iconic India Gate to raise awareness for Lung Cancer & Research - and later spent time at an orphanage for children with physical and mental disabilities. I think the health insurance industry in India is in free fall. With very low penetration anyway, these experiences leave people with no trust. When agents earn their livelihood by denying claims, there can be no redemption. IRDAI and GIC need to wake up.
