@GovWhitmer recklessly conceived, concocted and led the charge with @jimfarley98 the CEO of @Ford @MEDC @QuentinMesserJr and other government and business elites in a corrupted “deal” with CATL knowing well ahead of time it was tied to the CCP and was a Chinese Military Company. Defying the warnings of our national security and intelligence agencies, triggering multiple Congressional investigations, and outrage by local citizens who were steamrolled.
Hundreds of millions of Michigan taxpayer dollars were wasted on this “deal.”
As a result we now have Chinese nationals employed by this Chinese Military a company operating a few miles away from a U.S. military installation with mission critical assets present. What possibly could go wrong?
