Great study/SRMA! Love second retroflexed view of right colon. Trying to also feel good about a second forward view - almost always implies patient had very narrow right colon.
Very common scenario in practice!
👀 withdrawal time?
👀 high-def colonoscope?
👀 bowel prep adequacy?
👀 right colon retroflex photo?
👀 good photos of <1cm polyps?
👀 resection technique? Cold forceps 😬
If concerns, discuss with patient. I almost always find more TAs.

I do not believe this has reached prime time yet given limitations and costs, but just like liquid biopsy for cancers, will improve with ongoing research and refinement
CT colonography. Its also important is that some patients don't want colonoscopy. But they may change their mind if they have a different screening test come up positive. Its also good to know the issues with screening uptake in the USA, which limits it's utility.
