💢 The Israeli military has not directly addressed the strike that wounded Press TV journalist Hadi Hoteit. Instead, it claimed that “in four separate incidents throughout the day, IDF soldiers identified a number of terrorists traveling in vehicles who approached IDF soldiers, posing an imminent threat. Immediately following the identification, the Israeli Air Force carried out precise strikes on all of the threats.”
Hoteit was filming in an open area near the Arnoun-Yohmor-Kfar Tibnit roundabout, wearing clearly marked press gear and carrying a Press TV microphone when an Israeli drone targeted the spot where he was standing and reporting.
The strike left him with six shrapnel wounds, including serious injuries to his chest and both legs. He remains hospitalized.
Big thanks to the heroes who insisted on not abandoning their duties towards patients and wounded people during Wartime, despite the enormous risks, especially in Nabatieh, Tyre and Bint Jbeil areas.
Their presence here nearby the frontline saves lives and minimizes pain, where everyday can carry a life threatening situations.
More than 150 paramedics were murdered by Israeli terrorists since 2nd of March only, and about 300 injured.
