@kellymnyc that football analogy related to the #KerrvilleFlooding was so bizarre from @GovAbbottPress unhelpful in a time of such devastating tragedy. As a @fema #AdvancedPIO instructor, we will be studying his PR disaster for years to come. Do better.

The football analogy was nonsensical on many levels. There were no “winners” in this catastrophe; and suggesting that anyone asking questions about what happened and why, including Texans who lost loved ones, are “losers” is incredibly tone-deaf
