In the U.S., between
#February and
#July:
š„
#Blackwomen lost 319,000 jobs.
š©
#Whitemen gained 365,000 jobs.
Thatās not just a workforce story. Itās a pipeline story.
When talent is systematically lost at scale, companies donāt just lose individuals ā they lose the future of their leadership. And the country loses long-term competitiveness.
We know that companies with greater gender
#diversity outperform those that are more homogeneous. So what does this mean for U.S.
#GDP? For innovation? For culture? For belonging?
These numbers are a warning signal. If we want businesses (and societies) to thrive, we cannot afford to keep breaking the leadership pipeline.
