I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Fortune flour delivered through Instamart.

The product received was of poor quality. As soon as the issue was identified, I raised a complaint through the Instamart app and provided real-time photographs, live evidence, and all required documentation. However, instead of resolving the issue, the complaint was closed without any satisfactory explanation or solution.
This is highly concerning at a time when millions of consumers depend on instant grocery delivery platforms for essential household items. Customers trust these services to deliver safe and quality products, and such experiences severely damage that trust.
I request both Instamart and Fortune Foods to investigate this matter, review the evidence already submitted, and provide an immediate resolution.
Consumers deserve accountability, transparency, and proper customer support—not automatic complaint closures.
