$SLNH is no longer just a Bitcoin hosting story. The investment thesis is increasingly centered on power ownership, speed-to-power, and AI infrastructure deployment. Key facts: ⚡ 147 MW under management ⚡ 150 MW Briscoe Wind Farm acquired ⚡ 350 MW Kati 2 AI/HPC development ⚡ 300 MW Dorothy 3 AI campus ⚡ 4.3 GW total development pipeline ⚡ Active AI tenant discussions underway As AI demand accelerates, the critical constraint is shifting from chips to electricity, land, grid access, and deployment speed. Soluna's strategy is built around owning and controlling energy infrastructure before demand arrives. The market is still waiting for the next major milestones: ✓ Tenant agreements ✓ Project financing ✓ Construction execution ✓ AI revenue conversion If management executes, the value of the power platform may become increasingly visible over the coming years. Not investment advice. Independent analysis based on publicly available company disclosures, investor presentations, earnings reports, and project updates. @SolunaHoldings cc @jbelizaireCEO 👏🏻🚀 $TSLA $COIN $SOFI $SQ $NVDA $SMCI $AMD $AVGO $TSM $ASML $ARM $PLTR $META $GOOGL $MSFT $AMZN $QCOM $MSTR $RIOT $MARA $WULF $IREN $HUT $CLSK $BITF $BTBT $CORZ $DGHI $DGXX $MSTR $EQIX $DLR $ORCL $CSCO $IBM $MU $BTC #BTC $CAN $ONDS #SLNH #SolunaHoldings #Bitcoin. #BitcoinOS #AIInfrastructure #HPC #DataCenters #EnergyInfrastructure #RenewableComputing #BehindTheMeter #ProjectKati #AI #DataCenters #RenewableEnergy #HPC #Bitcoin #Infrastructure #RenewableComputing #EnergyTransition #ERCOT #ArtificialIntelligence #SLNH #AI #HPC #Bitcoin #EnergyInfrastructure #CleanEnergy #Investing #AI #HPC #Infrastructure #Investing #Technology #FutureOfAI #SLNH $SLNH #AI #DataCenters #HPC #EnergyInfrastructure #Bitcoin #SLNH #AIInfrastructure #DataCenters #RenewableEnergy #PowerInfrastructure #SpeedToPower #Investing

Guess who just explained how to write #SpeedtoPower #FlextoFirm grid policies to a roomful of European #datacenter grid engineers and operators. Porting market design written in @ERCOT_ISO, faster, around the world, is what I am doing. Dispatchable loads: a min firm power ceiling, under operator congestion-informed control when they want to consume more, can get more power faster. Time clocks through the value chain from chip to RTU need to match, and this is the job of serious people who convened to learn together. Thanks for having me and the fantastic dialogue @ADI_News @Microsoft @eatoncorp @Google @EPRINews @SchneiderElec

Texas (~1.6 GW) and Virginia (~1.4 GW) led US YoY additions last year. That’s more than most individual European countries add annually. On EMEA: confirmed. Grid queues of 7–10 years in core hubs (per AWS, CBRE, and others) mean very low new energizations expected for 2026. Power access is the main bottleneck slowing hyperscale builds.

Yesterday, we discussed the Speed Entry Angle on @CoachAaronTerry 's account. The goal of the Speed Entry Angle is to threaten the tackle's outside edge and force him to react. Once you consistently threaten the edge with speed, the tackle has a problem. He starts gaining more width. He opens his hips sooner. He oversets to protect the edge. That's where the rush plan begins. Today's clip shows one of the most effective answers: Speed to Power. The tackle is worried about getting beat around the edge. He's retreating. His weight is moving backward. Now the pass rusher can convert speed into power and collapse the pocket. The Speed Entry Angle created the reaction. The reaction created the opportunity. The opportunity created the win. As you watch these clips, look for: ✅ The Speed Entry Angle ✅ The tackle protecting width ✅ The tackle opening his hips ✅ The transition from speed to power ✅ The knockback at contact Alignment creates angles. Angles create rush plans. Rush plans create sacks. #DLineU #PassRush #DefensiveLine #SpeedToPower #FootballCoaching

I plan data center developments with the battery in mind from day one. Spiky load.
Hyper-fast ramps.
Power quality. Gas gives you capacity. Batteries help make it usable for AI. #DataCenters #AI #SpeedToPower #EnergyTwitter
The graph shows announced battery storage paired with onsite gas. But it understates the broader direction. Expect more BESS paired with AI data centers, and more existing technologies finding new use cases in the AI buildout.

I think about stranded gas more than most. Sometimes the answer is more pipeline capacity. Sometimes it is bringing new load to the molecule. #DataCenters #AI #SpeedToPower #EnergyTwitter
Low priced gas like Waha in the Permian is one of the more obvious places this starts to happen, especially where permitting is relatively light touch like in Texas. Same thing in places like Alberta, where gas can be extremely cheap. The real question is how quickly you can actually access the gas, do the site work and power strategy, execute procurement, bring in a credible IPP, go through air permitting, and structure the deal correctly. This is not simple to get right. There are a lot of producers sitting on cheap gas, negative priced gas, or proven resources that never really worked because local prices were weak and getting the gas to market was constrained by physical infrastructure. AI load changes that. For years the question was how do you get the gas out of the basin and into a better market. Now the question is, can you bring load right to the gas and build power next to it? A lot of “stranded” gas is going to start looking less stranded.

Great piece in the Washington Examiner: “Need for speed: The regulatory detour slowing grid expansion.” Marc Spitzer nails it — outdated Order 1000 rules are adding months of red tape to critical transmission projects when America needs Speed to Power the most (just like the WWII effort that built the Southwest Power Pool in days). The Grid Acceleration Coalition just filed at FERC (EL26-58) for targeted relief. ALERT strongly supports this filing to cut the delays and deliver faster, more affordable electricity for American families. Local utilities are ready to deliver Speed to Power. Today, the Grid Acceleration Coalition filed at FERC for targeted relief from outdated Order No. 1000 rules that are adding 16–20 months of delay to critical transmission projects. ALERT strongly supports this common-sense action that will accelerate reliable, affordable electricity for American families and communities. Bankable #flextofirm #speedtopower is coming to Texas. Actuation in Texas was just step one. Porting the solutions to other utlity areas, other countries, is next. 🩶 Xoxo🩶
"The flood of data centers signaling interest in Texas keeps growing to ever more impossible heights, prompting questions and anxiety about how the state’s power grid can keep up. To manage this growth, the @ERCOT_ISO is debating a proposal to incentivize data centers to bring their own power generation, or reduce their power usage any time the grid operator tells them to. In exchange, ERCOT would promise a faster grid connection. ERCOT’s proposed solution comes as data centers are willing to consider whatever it takes to access the large amounts of electricity needed to run artificial intelligence models as soon as possible. “You’d rather have some power than nothing at all,” said Arushi Sharma Frank, an energy consultant who drafted the initial proposal."

Now that @aniruddh_mohan is following my work in @ERCOT_ISO on #CLRs #AIloadflex and #speedtopower, wonder if the algorithm is gonna bump him up or me up?! This has become fun to watch. Not only do I like seeing many friends in the technology top 20, I love seeing all the women. I did not realize how many us there were, killing it in the tech section of the Power 100 list merely by existing in our purpose. Wow! The irony is all of us are too busy activating the mission to actually spend any time with each other. The connectivity is cool anyway. @melnakagawa @isabelleboemeke @nanransohoff @ArushiSF @gosagegeo #CindyTaff @ExnerPirot @CarolineBGolin

@ERCOT_ISO Update. #speedtopower #loadflex #CLR #justintimelastinline #algorithm What: Draft Concept Drop for #LoadFlex = Just in Time Last in Line Curtailment for Willing Loads Why: Connect and Manage around Transmission Constraints is viable solution for *Firm Loads* seeking earlier energization date as Provisional CLR in @ERCOT_ISO Where: Batch Workshop Slides, March 30 2026 How: All started as #PGRR134, a simple little thing my firm filed with @SlBrandin and tons of stakeholder support to actuate #NPRR1188, Nodally Dispatched Loads in SCED. Had ~30 co-signatories to the sponsored proposal. Who?!: To allow willing batch zero firm loads to energize more quickly than firm upgrade date, ie. without waiting for full transmission upgrades, and privatize delivery risk. As Provisional CLRs, they agree to comply to binding dispatch algorithm. They pay their way to be studied and allocated firm rights, and elect Provisional CLR to manage themselves like gen does today, but under different criteria (easier) than Gen. Gen is mitigated for market power. CLR mitigation will be "just in time, last in line" for reliability constraints. Deets below.
For the next couple years at least, hundreds of CEOs will make breathless announcements about AI and grid affordability while a fraction of us will solve the actual problem with grid math, computer science, algorithmic logic, power market and interconnection lawyers, and systems, mech and electrical engineers.

This post reminds me that people trying BTM in Texas could will end up doing #CLRs as the additive strategy: so they can firm load 24/7 with their Colo or BTM portfolio AND get grid juice. This is a big week in ERCOT. Follow the batch study convos. #speedtopower
Agreed, and that stuff is often under accounted for. And of course regardless it would be more cost effective to build right-sized capex and opex efficient systems that provide firming for non-firm utility service, rather than 24/7 prime power. At least until the latent GWs hiding in the system are soaked up.

He won 7 in this third season, so I don’t think this is accurate. He took over a 3-8 team in the non-NIL era. So it took some recruiting to build a team.
