Tamil people neither elected him nor accepted him as their representative. He is accused of using the STF and military apparatus to intimidate and threaten his own party leadership, including its leader. Face à l'obscurantisme, l'union pour la liberté.
Aujourd’hui, nous faisons face à une tentative d'intimidation inacceptable qui dépasse largement le cadre d'une simple émission d'humour. Ce qui s'est passé au sein du théâtre de "La Riposte" sur Radio Nova n'est rien d'autre qu'une attaque frontale contre un pilier fondamental de notre démocratie : la liberté d'expression.
Forcer l'entrée d'un lieu culturel, effrayer le public (dont des enfants et des personnes vulnérables), et contraindre un artiste à devoir décortiquer et justifier ses blagues face à des accusations infondées, c'est vouloir faire triompher la censure par la peur. Akim Omiri a choisi le dialogue, la transparence et le calme face à la violence de l'intrusion. C'est là la marque des véritables défenseurs de la République.
La satire politique et l'humour ont toujours été les remparts de notre société contre le fanatisme et les amalgames. Quand on tente de faire taire ces voix, c'est notre liberté commune que l'on mutile.

As part of the BJP delegation, I met the CEO, West Bengal, ahead of Phase 2 polling to raise serious concerns about the deteriorating electoral environment.
We highlighted a disturbing incident where an All India Trinamool Congress MP allegedly issued a direct threat to a police observer, Sri Gangadhar IPS - questioning his safety and return, an unacceptable attempt to intimidate officials on duty. We also reported multiple instances of local police detaining our leaders and polling agents for hours, subjecting them to threats and pressure.
Such actions undermine the integrity of democracy in West Bengal.

Can you, or the civil societies you are connected with, also represent the thousands of #Tamil victims who are currently remanded, or have been released after enduring months and years of detention and trauma under the PTA?
More recently, Sumanthiran’s cousin, DBS Jayaraj, has been accused of involvement in the #killing of Tamil journalists. There are also allegations of collaboration with military intelligence to #fabricate cases, leading to the #detention and #torture of Tamils. In exchange, Sumanthiran reportedly received protection from STF bodyguards, along with benefits for his family, including employment and educational opportunities.
Former MP Sumanthiran, who was imposed on Tamils as an appointed rather than representative, remains under the NPP government and is accompanied by STF bodyguards,has allegedly been threatening Tamils under the #PTA. Victims of the Tamil genocide remain fearful of speaking out due to the risk of arbitrary detention, torture, and prolonged #legal proceedings.
Recently, the actions of Sumanthiran and Shanakiyan have escalated into #intimidation targeting the Tamil media. #Journalists are now facing threats of #legal action aimed at #silencing dissent and suppressing independent reporting.

કોર્ટના કોઈ ઓર્ડેર વિના કાયદેસરના કબજાવાળી રૂપિયા 600 કરોડની કિંમતની જમીનનો ગેરકાયદેસર કબજો લેવા રેવેન્યુ રેકોર્ડ (7-12ના ઉતારા)માં જે ભુમાંફીયોનું નામ-ઠામ કે ઠેકાણું નથી તેવો 167 ગુન્ડાઓ લઈને ડરાવવા ધમકાવવા આવે અને તમે કાયદાના સન્માન ખાતર........
પોલીસને ફોન કરો.....
પછી પોલીસ આવે છે.......
ફરિયાદ કરવા પોલીસ સ્ટેશને બોલાવે છે......
પોલીસ ફરિયાદ સાંભળવાની જગ્યાએ દગો આપી અટકાયતી પગલાંના નામે આરોપી બનાવી દે, ગેરકાયદેસર ધડપકડ કરી 26 કલાક લોકરૂમ માં પુરી દે છે અને પાછળ થી તમારી મિલકતને માથે ઉભા રહી લુટાવે, ગૌ માતાને રોડ પર છોડી મૂકે ,ગૌશાળા તોડાવે અને જેના 7-12 માં નામ ના હોય તેવા મળતીયા ભુમાફિયાઓને 600 કરોડની જમીનનો કબ્જો અપાવે.............................👮♂️🕵️♀️
