Electricity supply to streetlight/common area infra of #AnsalEsencia has reportedly been disconnected due to alleged non-payment of dues. if any written demand notice &/or 15day notice under Sec56 of Electricity Act, 2003 was issued prior to disconnection?

This isn’t politics, it’s lived reality. Residents are paying the price for institutional apathy, failed governance, and zero accountability. When developers vanish, authorities sleep, and politicians exploit ordinary citizens are left to live in filth.
