Deciding between adjuvant therapy yes/no for stage II #coloncancer? Check out @gabe_a_brooks great summary. I would only add this: patient preference plays a role, of course #ASCO22
My preliminary takeaways re: DYNAMIC: In stage 2 colon cancer, only three biomarkers are ultimately useful for selecting adjuvant therapy candidates after R0 resection. They are: T4 dMMR ctDNA positivity (provisional) 1/4 #ASCO22

40% of Black patients say no one mentioned clinical trials to them. >90% say they want information on trials. This is shameful. We, as a community, need to do SO MUCH BETTER. @tigerlilycares #bcsm #clinicaltrials #ASCO22 @OncoAlert

You know it’s big news when my mom in Ohio called me about this study. Congratulations to @AndreaCercek and team for a huge result for the benefit of our patients #ASCO22
Very proud of our study published in @NEJM. 100% clinical complete response with dostarlimab alone in mismatch repair-deficient locally advanced #RectalCancer. No radiation or surgery! @ASCO #ASCO22 @MSKCancerCenter nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NE…

Outstanding discussion by Dr. Cremolini of #mCRC PARADIGM trial. Do you agree with her treatment algorithm of FOLFOXIRI-bev for pts with KRAS-MT left-sided tumors? #ASCO2022

US spends more on cancer than any other country--by far. But cancer mortality? Just below median   We're missing something (emphasis on costly Rx & not on prevention/Dx?). Let's keep this in mind at #ASCO22   Great work by @cpgYALE @YaleCOPPER jamanetwork.com/journals/jam…

It should go without saying, but it evidently can’t be said enough: good science communication matters. We are failing over and over and over again.
