Brent, thanks for your help, my daughter came to USA when she was 1 year old. Now she is sophomore, still I did not get my turn to file my i-485 till today. I have been paying taxes for 14 years and still waiting. Please help these aging out kids, appreciate your efforts.

The CSPA Lawsuit for Children Aging Out due to Nationality is drafted and I've sent it to the 12 individuals from 5 families who will serve as plaintiffs for review, and then we should be ready to file. More details soon. #s386 still needed but so is this suit

Further, India's economy is currently in really bad shape, while the U.S. economy is doing relatively well. The bill creates a new incentive for dramatic increases in migration to the U.S. from India while creating a disincentive for ROW immigration because of the new backlog.
