A significant step towards a cleaner Ganga was achieved today with the signing of the Quadripartite Escrow Agreement for pollution abatement works in Kolkata's Garden Reach Municipality, West Bengal. महाराष्ट्राचा पायाभूत विकास, हाच काँक्रिट ध्यास महाराष्ट्राचा 'काँक्रिट' विकास घडवायचा असेल तर राज्यातल्या गावागावात सीमेंट काँक्रिटचे रस्ते उभारले पाहिजेत. यादृष्टीने एक महत्त्वाचा निर्णय कालच्या मंत्रिमंडळ बैठकीत घेण्यात आला. राज्यातील एकूण ६ हजार किमी लांबीच्या रस्त्यांच्या सीमेंट काँक्रिटीकरणाची कामे सुधारित हायब्रिड ॲन्युईटी योजनेच्या माध्यमातून हाती घेण्यात येणार आहेत. सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागांतर्गत स्थापन करण्यात आलेल्या महाराष्ट्र राज्य पायाभूत सुविधा विकास महामंडळामार्फत ही योजना राबविणार आहे. या योजनेतील सर्व कामे ईपीसी तत्वावर राबविण्यात येणार असून यासाठी २.५ वर्षे बांधकाम कालावधी तर ५ वर्षे दोषदायित्व कालावधी निश्चित करण्यात आला आहे. सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागाची धुरा हाती घेतल्यापासून महाराष्ट्राच्या पायाभूत विकासाचा वसा घेतला आहे. या प्रयत्नांना बळ देण्यासाठी ही योजना स्वीकारण्यात यावी असा प्रस्ताव मांडला होता. कालच्या मंत्रिमंडळात ही योजना मंजूर झाल्यामुळे प्रयत्नांचा मार्ग अधिक व्यापक झाला. आता या योजनेच्या माध्यमातून महाराष्ट्राच्या गावागावात सीमेंट काँक्रिटचे रस्ते पोहोचवणारच ! #CabinetDecisions #PWD #MSIDC #HybridAnnuityModel #HAMModel #Road #Construction #Infrastructure #InfrastructureDevelopment
