As part of the effort to support sub-national capacity,
@NOIPolls is delivering a 5 day workshop for state personnel who will lead data collection activities across the seven implementation states.
This workshop is supported by partners from the Federal Ministry of Health -
@Fmohnigeria , the West Africa Centre for Public Health and Development -
@wacphd_org , National Primary Health Care Development Agency -
@NphcdaNG , and the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria -
@PCN_Registry , showing the strong multi-sectoral collaboration driving the work.
Today marks Day 1 of the training, designed to equip state-level teams with the technical knowledge and necessary tools to conduct a high-quality, paperless supply-side assessment of MNCHN and Family Planning services. Participants were taken through the study objectives, the scope of study, and themes of the assessments tools.
By strengthening sub-national capacity, this workshop helps ensure consistency, ownership, and data integrity as we gather evidence to identify supply-side gaps and inform more targeted, equitable interventions to improve MNCHN and Family Planning outcomes across the selected states.
